I've looked at and used other platforms, but ML is the best in my opinion. It has all the features I want to make my brand and products look professional and appealing. It's intuitive to use for the most part, and does so much for me and my readers. Pros As a graphic designer, I love the ability to create beautiful and organized emails. Cons Sometimes it's hard to figure out the automations in setting them up, but customer help has been a life saver. Most of the time it's been things I didn't understand yet. The only thing I wonder if it's possible would be to assign multiple inroads (forms, landing pages, etc.) to one automation, instead of having to duplicate and direct for each one. As for your questions, it is possible as, can use the same group for all forms, landing pages etc., and you can use an automation with a trigger "when subscriber joins a group" with just 1 group that all the multiple inroads are using. I have every confidence that it will be great, because I am so proud of what I made that I will shout about my business from every rooftop I can find. Pros During these last few weeks, I have built my own website, two landing pages, and I created several e-mail campaigns for my own business. Normally I don't like doing these things, because technical stuff is not my natural habitat, or talent . However, I loved using MailerLite! I learned to do everything myself just by watching the videos in the MailerLite Academy. I could follow every step and do it myself. MailerLite is very user friendly. Even more important, when I make something, it looks great. Now I am really proud of what I have created. When I had a question, I just asked a question to the support team and they are very helpful, and nice. I can definitely recommend MailerLite to everyone! Cons There were only 2 minor inconveniences in the software, that had to do with the header, and with links to photos in an image-grid. I have asked the support team for help and they did great. My initial experience with Mailer Lite was amazing. (Thank you, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], for all your assistance) We were trying to set up a landing page and were having a few issues getting it to work properly. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] assisted us quickly and effectively, helping us get going without delay. This level of customer service is awesome! If you have used any of the other platforms, you know that getting someone to just reply to emails is frustrating enough. I am really happy that we made the switch so far. I'm looking forward to MailerLite's continued updates. Pros The product is easy to use and set up. As far as transfering from another platform, they helped make the process painless. Very straight forward. Cons There are a couple areas that I would like improved, such as the campaign dashboard. It is a bit confusing at first to know what is an active or scheduled campaign - for example, 'scheduled' might be a better term than 'outbox'. But those are minor cons. Hopefully, as MailerLite becomes more popular, I am hoping that there will be a more seamless integration with other major social and shopping platforms like: Link.tree, Shopify or Big Cartel. Pros I have been using Mailerlite for about 4 years in my business. It's been a phenomenal platform for me to learn about email marketing on. It's quite user-friendly and easy to learn. It offers great features that can serve as double duty for your business such as landing pages that convert leads. I love their automations and use numerous automations in my business. They have been a game changer for my business and allowed me to give a more personal touch to my subscribers as I have multiple welcome email sequences that can slowly introduce my brand and myself and also lead to a soft sale. Cons I do find Mailerlite can be a little glitchy sometimes, especially in their drag and drop email builder, I wish the developers would make it more streamlined. For example the side menu seems to disappear and to add an additional block to my email, I need to duplicate a block and delete the duplicate in order to bring up the menu. They also recently did a major conversion/upgrade from mailerlite classic to their new version and I thought they could've made the transition more seamless and less on their customers to do, as we had to migrate all of our own data. However if you're new to mailerlite that wouldn't pose a problem to you. Reason for choosing MailerLite I really like the interface of Mailerlite and how easy it is to navigate, i've used other email marketing programs previously and I found them much hard to navigate and understand, so if you're new to email marketing their aesthetic is pleasing and easy to follow. Also the staff helping you with questions are excellent, i think its my favorite part of paying for the service, as i feel that if after ive diy-ed an issue myself and im totally stuck, that at least there are kind, helpful and positive humans behind the platform to actually support me in real time. Great set of features with easy mail construction tools, and some great visual features for better email appearances. Also has easy database management and personalisation tools. Cons Not much. Pruning and managing subs database is always painful, but not particularly more so in MaileLite. The builder is goog, but could do with some more specialist modules relevant to book publishers, perhaps. I found it easy to install, but had some difficulty getting notifications working - even after working on it for many days. The next time I got an email announcement from MailerLite, I hit "Reply," and described my dilemma. Within an hour, I got a response, asking for more specifics. I described the problem a little more and, a few minutes after that, I got an email that walked me through the solution, step-by-step. Problem solved! Pros It seems to have been designed for small businesses, or freelancers like me, working strictly remote. Cons The only thing that comes to mind would be if they sent over the old nun who used to rap me on the knuckles with her ruler, when I wasn't focusing on a task the way she told me to. Everything I've needed so far is in the excellent tutorials and help systems - sometimes waiting for me to rap my own knuckles and find it (I've found broken rulers can be replaced cheapest on eBay, if you buy them used . . .). Now with MailerLite because it is SO user friendly, they are eager to do their own email marketing. The templates make it to easy to design professional and high converting emails. Pros MailerLite is easy to ue even for those who are tech challenged. They have amazing support and ther are tons of helpful tutorials by them on you tube so you can easily figure anything out. It works great for my clients using WooCommerce as we use it to market to their subscribers with high conversion rates. Cons I think in the beginning as with most techy software, it is challenging but only for a short while. With all the tutorials they have, everything is very clearly explained and demonstrated. Pros I love how easy it is to create a campaign and track it. I use custom templates and I can write code the way I want to. The automation tool is simple, as well as builing subscribers' forms. I can even setup landing pages if necessary. The Contacts section is also great and I can build segments very easely. I love Mailerlite! Cons About everything is great, including documentation! If there is one thing I thing that could be improved is the reporting interface, because I would like to see the clickthrough rate from those who opened (rather than from all those who were sent the campaign).
