CEO Logistics and Supply Chain Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Account terminated after payment, no refund" January 15, 2026 1.0 We used MailerLite to send a one-time B2B introduction email to business contacts (like info@...) to introduce our platform. We first sent test emails — everything worked fine. Based on that, we upgraded to a paid plan (10,000 subscribers). Then we sent our first real batch of 170 emails. This was not spam, not a scam, not aggressive marketing — just a respectful informational message. From recipients: no spam complaints, no abusive response, normal engagement . From MailerLite: no warnings, no alerts, no indication of any problem. Later, when preparing to send the next batch (~500 emails), our account was terminated for an alleged Terms of Service violation. No prior warning. No opportunity to correct anything. The most important thing to understand: once this happens, YOU LOSE ALL the MONEY you paid. It does not matter if you paid for a year. It does not matter if you used only a small part of the service. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. Pros The platform was restricted so quickly after onboarding that we never had a real opportunity to experience or evaluate any meaningful benefits or strengths. Cons MailerLite applies aggressive and opaque compliance actions, restricts accounts without real warning, withholds prepaid funds, and provides no transparent appeal or recovery path. Outstanding customer support, great documentation for the most part, lots of integrations, easy-to-use tools and systems... I am SO happy someone recommended MailerLite to me. I can't imagine ever working with another Email Service Provider. Special shout-out to Lilian, the agent I worked with today, for her attention to detail and awesome support! Pros I love how seamless this software is. It is SO rare that I have to go outside MailerLite for anything. Seriously, from the Tenor GIF gallery for adding GIFs to emails, to their landing page/website design tools, to their new eCommerce tools, I find this to be well worth the money I pay. And even before I was paying for it, the free version was AWESOME. It's just so dang easy to segment my audience, email my campaigns, set up automations, and add my branding to all of it. Far, far superior to the experience I had with MailChimp. Cons My one complaint is there's a little lack of clarity about domains. I set up a custom domain with the intention of using the main www.\[myurl\].com for my website, and www.\[myurl\].com/free-quiz, etc., for my landing pages. I had set up 18 landing pages for different campaigns and offers when I tried to publish my website today. And that's when I learned you can't use 1 domain for both landing pages and websites. Cue panic - I need this website live by Monday and it's 4pm on Friday! That said, the customer support I got for this was AWESOME. She did stuff on the back-end to save me time, and walked me through, click-by-click, how to set up what I wanted. But now ALL of my landing pages have a new domain, and I have to get in touch with quite a few colleagues to have them update their links for me. I'm a bit embarrassed about that, honestly. But other than this 1 issue? I have 0 complaints from my last 6+ months of using MailerLite. Review Source PP Pablo P. I would say it is an excellent plataform to use, friendly, intuitiv, easy and fast. When you are already familiarized with the tools and hundreds of templates already done for you it is something that is your "best hand" to go through all your bussiness plan, Pros Well... speaking of the benefits of Mailer lite I would say that this plataform has a very powerfull, usefull and frindly customer support. Obviously, as many others there are BOT answers but you can speak with a real persona whenever you nedd and this person stay with you as long as you need. Moreover the long years since i have being using Miler lite all the people that helped me were always very kindness, helpfull and strongly worried about solving my problems. I can not remember not even one time they could not solve my problem. It is a tool ease or use. It is really very intuitiv and you can learn very fast how to use it, different from others that has perhaps others tools but are far more dificult for a daily use. If you are thinking about money, the instruments it gives you value for money everything you pay. If you are begining you almost have to pay nothing, just if you are reaching more people and need more espefic tools because your project or bussiness grow then you start paying but from my point of view the very just amount of money. The emial management and email templates are very easy to use, and have strong power to reach more peoplo and make grow your audience and database that is crucial for those who want to earn money with - for example - courses, webinars, mentoring and so one. I have already made many campaign marketing and it is so easy to do. And again... there is always someone to help you in the Path if you get stuck in an stage of the process. It has some usefull social media management and help with that with some tools that join your campaigns and others landing pages with your own followers from your social media channels. The spam filtering as many or all others plataform is always a problem that concerns those who thrive into the self education industry or any other digital selling product, but they explain and teach you very good how to engage better and not having much problems with that. Cons There is no big deal talking aout real problems. Obviously you can get other plataforms that have more professional use tools. But then... we are talking about bigger companies or people who have already great projects. But even in that case from my point of view Mailer lite can help when you have tousend of mails in your database and has already a big audience. Perhaps it is not the right tool for big industry companies, but for natural people as me is far more easy to use and manage then any other plataform that I have already tried to use. It's easy to learn, the tutorials are excellent, and the customer service is topnotch. Pros MailerLite is easy to use and yet incredibly powerful. I've been a customer since 2019 and I'm a huge fan. The platform is easy to learn, and it was easy to move from the other email service I was using. Customer service is awesome! They listen to suggestions from users for new features, and have developed a few that I suggested. Cons Sometimes the platform runs a little slow. This is an issue with all cloud-based apps, and it's always annoying. It's also very easy to use and even my least techie clients can find their way around quickly. The websites feature is surprisingly good and I'm using it more and more. Customer support is prompt and always friendly. All in all, this platform provides excellent value. Their templates are beautiful, the editor is easy to use, and deliverability is excellent. Support is also quick to respond and solve any problems. Cons Coming from platforms that use tagging it was a bit of a learning curve. The only negative is that I don't seem to be able to end another automation from an automation, like "in automation B, add action to end automation A". Or maybe it's possible, but I haven't figured out how. Their email and landing page builders are easy to use and very intuitive - everything flows well. I love that I can schedule campaigns, automate message and product delivery, integrate with other tools that I use, and see my analytics easily. And every time I've reached out to customer support I get detailed and helpful responses. Cons The only real con for me is that support is only via email and they are in such a different time zone than I am on the West Coast of the US - that said, they are very responsive. Easy to use, fair pricing and overall very good tool for email marketing. Pros I find it user-friendly even with the free version. Fair way of pricing, it is a great tool for email marketing and very fast to learn. Nice design options, easy to use. Cons Sometimes it shows UK-based customers (with UK domain emails) as USA-based and that is confusing and makes me doubt the data. A bit confusing when some emails need to be deleted manually if you have multiple lists. Mailchimp), and new features include drag and drop email builder software, bringing it in line with block building software across the industry. Cons Although essential, a few years ago they updated their software significantly from Mailerlite Classic to the newer Mailerlite, but users who had emails/automations in Mailerlite Classic could not transfer most of their work across, so had to redo it manually in the newer system. I would highly recommend. Cons It would be nice if you could better apply small video to some newsletter that go out to customers/clients for better readership. Cumbersome to use product; Great Customer Service. They desperately need to make things more intuitive for the user. Pros Their online support staff are amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. It is always a pleasure to work with them when problems arise. Cons This is an incredibly cumbersome product, not very user friendly at all. The learning curve is steep and the end result takes me 3x - 4x the amount of time it took me on Constant Contact to do the exact same thing. There is absolutely nothing intuitive about using this product. The pricing and amazing customer support are the only reason I stay with MailerLite. It is on the whole, easy to use, and has many good features. Pros It's ease of use, and the way Mailerlite sends updated emails to help with one of their features, or a new feature. Cons I came from MailChimp, and their interface for building a newsletter is easier to use. I still have issues with creating a good site that flows into automation. Printing Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Excellent Platform for an Indie Author" September 15, 2025 5.0 Everything has gone well for the last couple of years while I'm publishing books and building a readership. I like ML for its easy of use, speed, and efficiency. Currently upgrading to a paid plan, which I wouldn't do if I didn't like the service. Pros I use the platform to manage my subscriber list. It's easy to use and straightforward. I never have any trouble with it. I had to upgrade and selected the wrong plan, which customer service was quick to help correct. Cons I had to upgrade my plan for two reasons: I reached the max subscribers for my current setup, which is fine, and because ML dropped their free plan from 1000 subs to 500. I have been able to learn how to use email marketing and do it myself which I never thought I could do! Pros I like that the back end interface is very user friendly for people who aren’t techie, easy to figure out! Cons Updating my account when they changed something in their system wasn’t easy. And when I needed help I couldn’t chat with anyone live due to the plan I had.
