Pros The customer service is, by far, the best I have ever experienced. Definitely top-notch. I also love the many available customizations I can do. Mailerlite meets all the needs I have for my emails—even some I didn't know I needed. What I liked so much about this software is first of all the clean interface that makes a pleasure to setup and configure the whole software, start campaigns, and automation. The editor email surprised me since it is very well done compared also to more expensive and experienced software. In the end I have to say that the value for money of this software is higher than the average. With a free account you can have up to 1k users, send campaign and also setup automation which is great. Totally recommended! Cons I'm still using it and so far I didn't had reasons to contact the customer support, so nothing to say. It has enough features to make email marketing a breeze. Even their free plan has access to multi-step automations which is rare for tools like these. I'm not a big fan of some of the new features they've added like creating websites but it's still a solid tool for email marketing Pros It's very veasy to use and setup - makes the initial experience very welcoming. I love that new sign ups are verified as that protects the reputation of the platform. There are great templates to choose from and it integrates with a lot of tools. Although I have experience with using platforms similar to Marilerlite, I find this one very precise on what I want to do. Also, customer support was lightning fast when I recently had an issue, which is something that I greatly appreciated. Cons I am still somewhat new at it, so nothing so far. I have a very small mailing list and usually post only about once per month. This suits me(for now). Rather than blow me off to a resource library - which is amazing in its own right but did not have the answer to my unique problem - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] took the time through multiple emails to assist me in resolving my issue. I am beyond impressed! I will be a customer of Mailerlite for the long run and have already recommended it to my peers. Pros It's not complicated but does so much! The training modules and community can resolve most issues. The best support group I've encountered in a long time. Cons The subscriber groups were a bit of a learning curve. I'm a novice trying to save money by doing it myself so that factors into it. January 18, 2022 5.0 Enjoying MailerLite so far. Chat/help is FANTASTIC ... right \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]! You all rock. Pros MailerLite makes it easy to create workflows - and I love their "Academy" - I made myself go through the tutorials ... (for once!) but I still needed to use Chat to make sure I understood completely what I was trying to do. Moved over from "the other" place as I don't need to see waving monkeys, etc. I also find that MailerLite is VERY affordable; I paid in advance for the YEAR which cost roughly the same as 2.25 months at "the other" place. Can't beat that. Cons The only "con" is my capacity to absorb stuff. I ran into a few issues that ended up being caused by an external integration I'm using. I first opened up the live chat bubble where I first spoke with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. He was very helpful and timely with his answers to my questions. He forwarded my issue to the technical team for further investigation. A few hours later I needed more help so I opened up the chat again to be greeted by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. I messaged through my issues and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was quick to respond with help, advice and information. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been absolutely fantastic in her communication and timely responses. She solved my issues and provided me with new options to use within MailerLite. Pros As totally new to using email services as MailerLite, I was surprised at how easy it was to set up my emails, and to make a pop-up to get more subscribers to my emails/campaigns.The support team are really stars, The help I have gotten is invaluable, and I get step-to step explanations on how to solve the issues I encounter. And I absolutely love that there is a free subscription option for small businesses like mine. Cons I have not come about anything I do not like. May 7, 2021 5.0 MailerLite makes it easy to send professional emails my customers enjoy opening. Emails look better and it saves me time. Pros For me, the thing that separates MailerLite from other email services is its RSS feature. We post blogs almost daily. Then, once a week, we send a summary of our posts to our email list. When we were using Constant Contact, I had to make that summary email manually. With MailerLite, I hook up the RSS feed, and they automatically create the summary email and send it out for me. MailChimp has an RSS feature, but the formatting is a bland list. MailerLite wins here because I can edit how the RSS feed looks (e.g., use featured images, automated columns). Cons My biggest gripe is when you preview pending RSS emails in the queue. The test email shows older blog posts. However, when the queued email does officially send, it's the correct blog post. Cons I wish there was a bigger variety of templets to pick from maybe a little prettier with a brightness. I LOVE how intuitive this is so there is no huge learning curve. The drag and drop and the ability to use templates and previously written emails is a huge time saver. I also like that you can easily include images and gifs in emails. Just all around really happy as a new user. Cons The only challenge I have seen so far is really more about integrations. Something happening with Zapier and MailerLite that is a hindrance but it appears that it should be resolved quickly. This would be a dealbreaker so I'm hopeful it will be resolved quickly since I've spent time in setup. Pros As the titel says, the support ist amazing. It gets complicated sometimes so support is important for every product. Mailerlite shines in the category, whatever problem I have I can alway count on the friendly support. 99% of the time you get a employee who is friendly, kind and help you in no time. I also enjoy the templates that are there. As well as to schedule the newsletter One more feature is that you can easily integrate it in your website and also your online shop. I like the variety of features they have from popups to landing pages, etc. They seem to be a pretty good team that thinks about new releases before dropping every new feature which is good. Pros Mailerlite was one of the first newsletter programs I used after considering another super popular platform. I wasn't ready for heavy integrations as I was still growing my list. So it was perfect for me to get started with, since then I have been a continued user. There have also been some updates they have made to the software since I first started using it years ago and I think they are great. I can't wait for more amazing updates. Cons With the new updates sometimes the servers are slower so you have to be a bit patient. I wish there was more ability to customize forms and newsletter content with custom fonts etc. If there are I haven't figured that part out quite yet. Also, I would love to see better ways to segment or tag subscribers.
