Pros The simple creation of emails and automation makes it easy for me to schedule multiple mails and send to my subscribers. The features are user friendly and help desk is very polite and helpful. Cons I tried embedding a form in my free Wordpress website but it didn't work even after the Mailerlite helpdesk also tried. Surveys receiving inputs without redirection would be ideal. (switched from mailchimp)" August 5, 2022 5.0 I have thoroughly enjoyed Mailer lite and would definitely recommend. Pros I really enjoy the easy setup of Mailer Lite. It was quick to learn and launch and feel confident using. I use it for my email marketing, email signup, etc. It has been a success so far after switching over from Mailchimp. Cons The only problem has been that they are in the middle of integrating a "new version" of mailer lite in addition to the "classic version". Some features are available on each version but not both versions yet. Cons Setting up DNS records and getting authorized to send out your first campaigns is not a fast process. Don't put this part off till last minute. I switched to mailer lite because it was simpler to use, has an amazing free tier, and has a very good deliverability rate compared to many of its competitors (especially to gmail addresses) Cons It still has a lot of room to grow. Cons It was sometimes difficult to integrate the forms with my Wix site - but Wix support and Mailerlite support solved these issues.
