Email preparation UI is a bit clunky. You can't copy paste text with multiple new lines without making some trouble. Login was the biggest headache when I hadn't used it for two month after I created the account. Pros I am a beginner with MailerLite. There was a gap from the time I created an account to the time when I was ready to use it. I could not log in and totally had not idea about 2FA security log in. I submitted a "Help" form on their website and got a response the same day. Problem was solved. I was able to log in. For the security of my account, I selected to enable 2FA. Cons Haven't used it enough to have any Cons. I hope it will be a positive experience and I will never have to write about anything negative. Mailerlite is in my opinion the best email platform available. Pros Great customer support, english speaking and easy access to it! My customer support person explained everything to me and helped me with all my questions. Cons Dealing with ai before a live support person. It does everything it claims to do. Of course the email system is the strongest element. But, when you get over the learning curve of the landing page and website builder, you’ll find that their quite good. Pros It has everything you need in an all-in-one solution. Email, Landing Pages, and Websites. The email system is the strongest component. Cons The website tool is not very intuitive and the AI bot needs some improvement, but the live support team is excellent. Customer service is quick and supportive. Cons I wouldn't mind it lower its prices a bit. When MailerLite went from classic to the new version, the price rose. However, despite the website's polished veneer, this offering is a trash fire. The customer service is comprised of papering over real, meaningful concerns with platitudes and corporate-speak. The web tools sometimes barely work, and the simplest integrations (an email web form??) don't make any goddamn sense. Disclaimer: All parts of this review are my own personal opinion. Pros There is nothing redeeming about this platform. The UI and UX are like something a first-year comp. sci. student has slapped together. There are no appropriate CX flows. The WYSIWYG editor is literally broken. I ended up sending a full page of UI and UX suggestions to these people's engineering department in the hope that they might fix this mess. Cons I liked everything least. But \*LEAST\* of the least I liked how they took away the "free 1,000 subscribers" tier which we—a NONPROFIT publisher—needed to thrive (for God's sake, we send a total of 2,500 emails PER YEAR), without warning and without a transition plan of any kind. Didn't like it that much and went back to Mailerlite in 2024 and love all the feature and possibilities, they have added since. I recommend it to all my business friends and clients. Mailerlite is all you need to start your online business, because you can even build a website and sell digital products. So it's more than a newsletter tool. Love it. Pros Easy to use. Easy to use, support is pretty good and user interface is also good (I have web development background but seems easy to use for regular people). Pros Easy to use, many integrations. I was able to use zapier to move subscribers from a membership product (Kajabi). Cons Still has a few things you can't customize. For example, the preferences center, there is an email that I can't customize and as my public speaks Spanish it's a big cons. At least they should have that template in other languages.
