Of course there is that problem with deliverability that I am facing, if that is solved, I have no issues with sticking with Mailerlite. Pros I love that Mailerlite has built almost everything that I want from it. Everything that comes to my mind, Mailerlite has got the functions to deliver it. It's done really well and it's easy to use and the simple interface is awesome. Cons Some of my automation campaign emails are not reaching my subscribers, not reaching their 'promotions' or 'spam' folder event though Mailerlite shows that the mail has been sent in it's report. This is something that is creating a lot of problem for my work. I have tried talking with Mailerlite support team, they have tried to help me a lot, but the problem has not been fully resolved yet. November 5, 2022 5.0 I'm a solopreneur and needed to create a landing page. I found the creation of it simple to do and customize. Also I was very scared about setting up an online checkout product but the Stripe integration made it very simple. Pros The customer service and help articles actually help! Cons I wish there was a way to carry over the preferences for all types of similar blocks (aka not have tup update each hover link with the same style one by one).Create an optional download feature for product purchases. Some purchases are tickets and don't need a download. I had to do extra work just to get that to stop being an issue. It was easy to set up and the videos are so well done whenever I want to add efficiencies, have questions, or want to tweak my newsletters, they're so helpful! Also, the customer service is quick, responsive, kind, and great to work with! Cons I honestly don't have any qualms at this time and it's been almost a year. Very useful and better than most out there. Perfect for first time users. Pros Has a ton a functionality for anyone getting started. Allows you get most of what you want done before you make a decision to invest Cons approval process can be tedious and they don't offer explanations if you don't get approved. Also it doesn't have as many integrations as other providers. The tool is really easy to setup and use. The clean user interface makes it easy to manage campaigns, while the email designer tool is one of the best out there. Their customer support is very responsive and tries their best to work out a solution even if there isn't a ready solution. We recently had an issue with upgrading our plan where we mistakenly bumped up to the wrong plan, but their rep -\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] - helped us to roll it without any cost implications.
