I needed a little help when I first got started and this was immediately forthcoming. Any queries I have had since have been answered and dealt with speedily and to my satisfaction Cons If I have scheduled a campaign and later want to make changes I haven't found a facility to edit. Consequently I have to copy the existing campaign as a new one and delete the original. Only a minor irritation. Owner Sports Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Great Product" May 24, 2019 5.0 Pros I only used the free trial for MailerLite but my wife and I really enjoyed using it while we started up a new email list. It's very easy to use and had a lot of features in the free version. We were even able to create landing pages in the free version. They changed their pricing structure and the free version no longer includes landing pages and a few other features but I can't blame them. It was very generous. Cons We decided against using it long-term because our business partner wanted to use a platform with more detailed tagging and features. He manages the list now but Mailerlite is great for a small to medium list and is great for newer users like myself. Review Source Eleni M. Great result, so beautiful both landing page and website. I've tried some others before that weren't as easy, for example Wix. There are so many ready to use features that helped me as a beginner a lot. If I find something hard or I don't understand, I just reach out with a question and they answer pretty fast and it's super helpful and they are so nice. Cons When I use a template for a website, it doesn't follow on the new tabs I'm creating. I didn't have to work out how to make up an 'unsubscribe' setting, as it was taken care of by the program. Pros It was easy to import my email list. There are many helpful tutorials and the support through email is timely (within 24 hours). Cons At first, I felt that the tutorials could have explained more completely the very basics, as to how to begin. I found myself listening to complex instructions about how to design media before I knew how to make my first simple, email campaign. Getting started was a breeze. If I did not know how to do something in Mailer Lite, I quickly found answers and solutions online and in their Knowledge base. Pros Mailer Lite was quite user friendly. As a first time user, I was able to jump right in, import subscribers, categorize groups and send campaigns day one. Cons I have not used Mailer Lite long enough to determine what I do not like. Reason for choosing MailerLite Online reviews, ease of use.
