If you need more features, I'd consider MailChimp instead though. Pros Ever used MailChimp? Then you pretty much know how to use MailerLite. It's essentially the same thing, minus just a few things. It's clearly the best budget option at a fraction the cost of MailChimp. Cons It doesn't integrate with a lot of other services, such as RaffleCopter, which can be frustrating. The variety of design templates is great, the blog is helpful and customer service is excellent. Pros I love the email builder and how many different design templates there are to choose from. I also love how easy it is to change everything to your branding fonts , colours and style. Cons I found the automation area a bit confusing. I couldn't figure out where to select the email I had already created and it was a bit hidden. After reaching out to the support team \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] showed me how to find it. Switched from [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/) I found Mailchimp's builder to be really limited in template design. I also didn't like their logo at the bottom of my emails. Often times there is no secretary or assistant especially being a small owned and operated business. So when there are issues you reach out to many businesses on your own. Having someone get back to you in a timely manner is a blessing in itself. Not only did the support team get back to help me solve my issue. August 21, 2016 5.0 I've used a lot of email service providers and while many of them have really incredible features, I rarely used them. With mailerlite I can quickly make a new lead page, or send out a newsletter. It's almost as simple as using gmail Pros I love that I can use my own domain for landing pages, and don't need to develop pages on one platform, connect it to my esp, and then hope everything continues to work as it should. I also love the interface, and how easy it is to create new emails, and autoresponder sequences. Pros I am a dancer, choreographer, producer, and teacher. My technical skills are not great but MailerLite helps me to communicate with students and audiences. I have great joy in creating newsletters that look good and not only inspire the readers but also myself in the process of writing them. Cons I am not very technical and I might not use the possibilities of this software fully, but for my needs, it works really well and I like that MailerLite wants to educate us and supports us in understanding more. Cons I find the form design interface a bit clunky and not intuitive.; coming from a design background where I use programs that can do a lot quickly, I find I have to hunt around a lot and click a lot to achieve an acceptable form. October 9, 2018 4.0 Is a useful tool if you want to have a nice design using the templates. You can manage your own email campaigns easily and I recommend for this. Pros You can create landing pages. You can use templates and create pop-up and than just copy and paste the link where you want to appear. You can manage your subscribers list easy to create A/B test campaigns. Cons I managed to create emails for subscribers to receive giveaways but I did not manage to understand how to program campaigns.
