March 21, 2026 2.0 It works reasonably well, but the constant pushing of the newer (& incompatible with its old) version of its platform, combined with price hikes, mean I’m looking to move away. It’s giving I don’t care about my customers: just pay me more! Pros I still love its simplicity. Creating templates, making them look good and fit your brand is easy. As are landing pages. And it has some good automations. Cons I dislike the fact they rebuilt the product and created it in such a way that original users could not migrate all their information. Certain templates, automations and things built with the old system apparently won’t move fully and they do not transfer their customers accounts for them. If you create a new system, try to force your customers to use the least you can do is the work for them. I don’t have time for that nonsense. I got hung up on a couple small issues that \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] from customer service was very responsive and understanding as if he knew exactly my first time user problems... That is so key in customer service! I spend alot of time explaining to some other provided what I want to have happen or change and they often just play deaf and or do not really understand the issue as they do not understand thier own product. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] on the otherhand does. ! It has a good deliverability rate and is free up to a 1000 users. I use this to send out emails about my creative projects and you can design some very attractive emails. Pros Supremely easy to set up and use. Intuitive. Lots of lovely features and functionality - love the visual representation for the automation. The step-by-step videos are spot on, and the support is fantastic. Thank you Mailer Lite for helping me when I don't know what I don't know! Cons Not as yet. It's a like a shiny new toy to me. I love using it. I tried Zoho and was over-awed. This feels much more focussed. If I hadn't been able to get help with the problem of authenticating my domain, I could have gotten into some big problem going forward, but after having had contact with customer support I can safely say that I am very happy I did, as the gentleman who helped me, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] delivered fantastic support and pointed me in the right direction to solve my problem. Pros The ability to set up autoresponders is invaluable and the feature of collecting email addresses for campaigns is great. Cons The difficulty to verify and authenticate the domain. Over the last two days I have needed to contact them twice by email for help with woocommerce integrations. They had answers for me that worked within less than 30 minutes. Fast. Reliable.
