Pros Probably the best email campaign management package I've come across. Even the basic version is supported by a \*huge\* number of training docs, videos and the "MailerLite Academy." December 31, 2021 5.0 I really enjoyed the fast that they had LIVE CHAT with a REAL HUMAN. Makes all the difference in the world. Pros I have been with a lot of other email providers in the past, but the feel and format of this were seamless. It had a lot of familiar features that other email providers had, but the customer service was out of this world. They didn't send me a link to read myself. The agent helping me even tested the pages, took screenshots to assure it was all set up correctly... I'm VERY PLEASED!! Cons So far there are no cons to speak of. I was impressed because she took the time to research my account beforehand so she could give me the exact steps I needed to continue my work quickly. She also gave me resources for further questions I might have and said they would always be available if I still needed help. For you \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], it's a 10! Thanks for your help. Pros I liked that the dashboard is simple to use. It was easy to set up my lists and get started. The editor is a good basic editor. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it can be a good fit for those just getting started with email marketing. Cons I had issues with deliverability, even with a small list (less than 100). Although customer service was responsive, we were unable to resolve the issue. Delivery would change for the same email address, and we couldn't find a solution. Review Source DD Daniel D. If I ever encounter a problem I turn to their support team and I am always impressed with their knowledge, kindness and taking the time to explain everything so nicely. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was super nice and we solved two issues in practically no time. I am super grateful and recommend MailerLite to anyone thinking about using it. Cons Maybe only that it isn't (yet?) compatible with Zyro (platform I am using for my website and online store).
