Cons Sometimes I find the interface refreshes slowly, but that's not necessarily their fault. I miss that it is not available in Hungarian, so I cannot delegate it to any of my colleagues. Whe I did run inot a probelm I couldn't resolve, the cutomer service came to the rescue in a timely fashion. When all is said and done what MailerLIte provides will be worth the money. Building and managing an emial list will make life much easier. Pros It does what I could never do to promote my novel on Amazon. Creating an emial list of contacts and creating the automation for sending emails at the appropriate times. Cons AS a first time using, the many steps took all my concentratin and some help from AI to navigate to a successful conclusion. Here's What I Think" November 24, 2024 5.0 MailerLite has proven sufficient for us with getting out our weekly newsletters, building a mailing list, and doing so at a competitive price. Pros I love that MailerLite's pricing follows a "pay as you grow" model. We've been using MailerLite for a while now for our weekly newsletter. At the start, the service was free for our first 1000 subscribers, but we switched to one of the premium plans once we grew our list beyond that count. It's nice to be able to upgrade after we've also had returns on the mailing list service, rather than paying a premium price as a newbie. It should be noted that MailerLite also has competitive pricing in comparison to other mailing list services. Cons In all honestly, I don't particularly have a negative to offer about MailerLite at the moment from my own experience. However, I did hear that they deleted many free users from their systems earlier in the year. One may need to be cautious with regard to the longevity of their free plan. Review Source DC Debbie C. I have been able to effectively communicate with my target audience and drive engagement with my email campaigns. The analytics provided have allowed me to track the success of my campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies. Pros The user-friendly interface of MailerLite is what I liked most about this product. Navigating through the platform is incredibly easy, and I was able to create professional-looking email campaigns in just a few minutes. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive and allows for customization of templates to fit my brand's aesthetic. Additionally, the automation features have saved me a significant amount of time by setting up drips campaigns and autoresponders. Cons However, one aspect that I found to be a bit cumbersome was the lack of advanced segmentation options. While the basic segmentation features are sufficient for my current needs, I can see how more complex campaigns might require more robust segmentation capabilities. Review Source ST Sondra T. Also I find it structured in an intuitive way and it is easy to navigate. I had a good experience with the support team and the problem was solved within 2 hours. Pros easy to use, intuitive, friendly and helpful support. Cons The content editor organises the text into blocks. For instance I cannot select the whole text, but only a single block (a single paragraph). I find it easier to have a text field behaving similar to how it is in active campaign or a plan document. I cannot edit the content of a scheduled campaign. I need to cancel the schedule first, go back to drafts, edit and reschedule. There is no option (or I can't find it) to edit the list of recipients once you have done so at the beginning of a new campaign. I usually recommend it to my clients who are just starting their business because its free plan is so good. It’s really easy to segment your audience and has a good range of capabilities. Pros Their free plan offers a fantastic range of features, including automations so it’s very useful for creating a sales funnel and delivering free ebooks if you’re just starting, and don’t have enough of an email list as yet to justify a paid plan. And when you do upgrade its features are great. Cons The design capabilities aren’t the greatest and the interface is a little clunky until you get used to it.
