I was happy about the pricing and the features it gives, but I expected it to be set and forget, however over time the sudden technical challenges made me loose trust. Pros The free plan is great for beginners and you get plenty of functionalities with the ease of use that makes it easy to set things up. It was the best solutions for one of my startups at the starting stage. Cons During my time using MailerLite there were multiple technical changes and subscription changes. This lead to some of my funnels not working. This is not a standard I require for my business, so I'm transferring elsewhere. Pros The price feature based on the number of contact list, rather than email limits and also great customer service that walkthrough with you every step of the way to solve the problem Cons not very intuitive and a little confusing on user experience. Also the editor doesn't have a function that allows button to direct to anchored part of a page or other useful functions.
