I do all my workflow and lead nurturing with it too. Amazing tool! Pros I love how user-friendly it is and and the drag and drop builder is amazing for emails AND landing pages. Plus their support is absolutely amazing. I always get an answer within 5 mins. Cons I think their monthly reports could be better (for example, how many new subscribers PER group and not only overall) and there could be more possibilities with workflows and automations. It integrates with my website/course platform (MemberVault) and automations are a breeze. When I had a question about the new email rules, customer service was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. Pros It's so easy to use and set up! And once I created a few email templates, sending emails is even easier. This makes it a great option for new business owners who don't really want a complicated system and who just send casual newsletters. Pros This is pretty much the EASIEST email marketing system I've ever used. Yes, even easier than Mailchimp. It's super easy to just setup and go. I love the interface, it's simple and clean. Cons I can't think of one thing I dislike about MailerLite. It has everything I need. I guess the fact that it has no fancy bells and whistles which is fine really! October 20, 2022 5.0 So far MailerLite looks like it will meet or exceed our needs at a cost that is much less prohibitive for a nonprofit organization. Customer service and support has also been excellent so far. Quick response by helpful staff like \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]! Pros Deliverability rates; interface & editor easy and intuitive to use; initial set-up was very easy; all the functions and tools that I would expect with added bonuses like "auto-resend". The non-profit discount offered was also a big factor in our decision to use MailerLite and to upgrade to a paid, but discounted, level of subscription. Cons The editor in the free service was a little clunky to use with no templates available. Looking forward to a better editor and templates, etc. with the Growing Business subscription. This way you can start with your business, and once it's running, switch to a paid plan - without any risk.Second, ML provides great support - even for the free plan customers.
