Pros The one thing I liked the most about using this software was the assistance I received when I needed the help. Cons I am no tech-savvy, so a lot of this is already complicated for me, and many times I couldn't find where to get the assistance unless I looked up a video or wrote support, but overall, they were still great!!! Using MailerLite with WordPress was a breeze and generating API keys is also easy. Cons The free tier allows only up to 1000 subscribers but MailChimp allows 2000. I haven't had any issues setting up automation months in advance and everything has been absolutely simple. Cons There was a small learning curve to get through in the beginning. While I have some experience with mailing lists, I had some trouble explaining it to my friends that were learning it. But overall, I do believe it IS the easiest mailing list I have seen. Pros I like the easy to use approach, friendly support start, prompt response and always willing to go the extra step specially the two great people I have had chance to work with Andrej and Andrew. These two are stars. Cons so far haven't found anything to complain about. Had some issues with few extra bounces but had help on hand from support team. They aren't condescending like I've had with other services. They are willing to show me how certain features work when I can't seem to figure them out on my own. Cons The learning curve on this product seemed pretty steep to me. I'm still learning about different features though I've been using it quite awhile. There are tons of great features, but they aren't super intuitive... Not to me anyway. Cons Lacks some features when compared for example with Mailchimp. Example: Number of delivered emails and delivery rate. You need to do it manually, the info is right there, all you need is some extra pieces of code.
