However Fulcrum were very dishonourable in the way they continually pushed prices up, and now require a minimum of 5 paid users regardless if you only need one. I would have loved to stay with the platform but only need one user account and refuse to be bullied into paying for 5. Honestly folks you can produce almost the same level of capability using a few data collection platforms that have an API and coding it using Ai for a fraction of the cost. I should have gone down this path years ago and saved the money and stress of constantly knowing Fulcrum would jack the prices yet again. Great software, but DON'T lock yourself in to this company. **Pros:** I used Fulcrum for years with my organisations, it's fast, has great offline access, is very capable and simplifies the entire data collection process. It's relatively easy to learn and the ability to edit forms and reports using Java script is excellent. **Cons:** The cost has become ridiculous and as such it's completely unviable for any small business, or new startup.
