It is a good product if you can afford it. Pros Its reliability offline and stable report generation. The Form Builder is best in class. The mobile data collection app is very reliable, both online and offline, which is uncommon in other mobile form apps I have tried. Cons The user subscription model for us as a start up is confronting. And the min cost of the API can be a little eye watering for small buisness. Pros It’s very helpful when you have many fuses to create in Fulcrum. You can simply create one of each type of fuse and then duplicate it to make more. Without this feature, our work would be much more difficult. Cons I don’t like it when I duplicate or create an electrofusion coupling, and when I generate the Fulcrum report, the electrofusion coupling appears with both the electrofusion coupling size and an outlet size. We can manage all of our data for the jobs, upload photos and videos. Keep job notes, and add progress to each job. Pros It makes doing estimates much easier. Techs can put in their information on the jobs, and I can go in there to see the notes and it is secure. Cons Many asset files were deleted at clients request. Client later asked to reinstate them in the record. Worked closely with support to reinstate them. A shortcut would have been nicer. Pros Its ease of use. We use it to make several apps to keep track of maps and forms. It is also convenient for keeping a record of pictures on completed projects and GPS coordinates. It could manage all the parameters recorded. Pros The best mobile data collection tool. I used it for tree health data collection and had excellent experience. I was provided with the academia license for teaching my students. Cons No negative observed while using the Fulcrum app. I have to renew the academia license every year for teaching my students. I request to please provide it for a longer period.
