Pros

Yesware is an email platform especially for the sellers segment, allowing them the management and tracking of their emails, thus enabling the evaluation to make sales more easily. The software tracks open emails, and also offers custom templates and CRM integration. Email tracking is very accurate

Cons

I wish it was easier to organize data- for example, opened emails from a mail merge, It is an excellent tool but I would like that I like to do that better.

A great email drip campaign manager. This helped us with lead generation and prospecting.

Pros

The interface is reasonable to use, the cost is acceptable and the features are useful. A successful drip campaign is a valuable tool in the world of digital marketing and YesWare allows us to create beautiful layouts with targeted emails.

Cons

There are some limitations it can encounter with Gmail in terms of how many emails it sends at once. This is mostly a Gmail issue I think.

Pros

It was a good and solid starting point as I sought to handle templates and email tracking electronically.

Cons

It was less easy to use than a competitor, and made little sense from a cost perspective vs feature set.

Pros

Yesware offers some decent functionality and tracking for email "opens" and document sharing along with some flexible sending options and saved templates.

Cons

The limited open and document tracking details are limited and not available to use for any analytics unless your transcribe the info to another source every month The templates are not user friendly If you do decide you want more options in your Yesware you would be better off going to a different product.

Pros

Yesware is simple and easy for your sales team to implement into their workflow. Unfortunately, it is simple because the functionality of the software platform is so limited compared to its competitors.

Cons

It is expensive for what you get. It overlaps with a lot of what the majority of CRM's offer. We ended our Yesware subscription and transferred all functionality into our CRM. It has been easier and more streamlined for our sales team after this.

Pros

Check open, open rates, send later, templates, batch send using templates. This software has it all. Even works on Gmail and Outlook. Customer service also very responsive.

Cons

Enterprise edition is not cheap, but is probably worth it.

Overall, I am very happy with the results. I renewed without a moment's hesitation.

Pros

It allows me to know exactly when someone has opened an email I have sent. When I call shortly thereafter, they often say, "I was just thinking about you" -- especially if the email was sent days or weeks earlier.

Cons

When you send an email to multiple people, you don't know which of them opened the email. I often send several emails instead of CC'ing to overcome that.

Valuable insights on prospect interest.

Pros

The email tracking. Knowing when emails are read and how often they are viewed helps understand prospect interest.

Cons

An alert pops up every time you view the email you are tracking. This can get annoying and clutter your alerts. The additional features like templates aren't explained very well. I'm sure I would like them, but I don't because of the fact I'd have to teach myself.

Pros

So I actually used Yesware when it first came out and merged over to the paid version for a little while. I left my company and didn't need. Now that I have my little side hustle going, I came back to Yesware and can truly say it has been a vital point for email tracking, attachment tracking, setting reply reminders, and using templates. Prospecting hasn't become a pain and I'm in love with the new Appointment feature!

Cons

I don't have any "Cons," but more so a gripe. Yesware's only CRM integration is with Salesforce. I'm a solopreneur and Salesforce is way too big for me. I use a different, free, CRM that suits my needs and it's a popular CRM that has many other integrations... except Yesware. It would be nice to be able to integrate with Yesware with other CRMs. The only way to "integrate" is to save outbound emails via bcc with your CRM's custom email that will sort your emails inside of the CRM.

The quickness and accuracy of the email tracking gives us instant insight into our prospects and customers activity. They have added many new features that function smoothly and I know that they will continue to improve the product even further.

Pros

Yesware is fantastic for tracking emails it's quick, alerts you when something has been opened and has great tools for checking opens of a single email thread.

Cons

There's no doubt a lot more functionality here, but I never used any of it because I had no idea how. I'd like to see the software offer up tips to access those other features.

Yesware saves so much time by automatically adding any & all emails to SFDC when the contact is listed in SFDC. So easy to set-up email campaigns and schedule when to send them. Makes my life as a sales person so much easier

Cons

I cannot really think of any cons to the product. It is a great product.

Yesware provides quick reports on the campaigns and tracking helps us understand the customer.

Pros

We just need to import the leads and set up the campaign emails. Yesware does the rest of the work. If the leads don't respond to our first email it automatically sends the followup emails as per the schedule. Yesware is a right fit for those who work on cold leads.

Cons

Customer support responds after a day if we send any queries through email.

Cons

the ability to save a sent email as a template would be great. because it is running in the background and can slow down my browser a little.

The thing I like the most about this software is that it will tell you not only when someone opens an email but actually what they are clicking on and looking at within the email.

Cons

The thing I like the least is that sometimes it won't sync to a certain email and the tracking tools won't work. This happens very, very rarely.

So far, a decent start, haven't really gotten into the weeds with it yet.

Pros

It makes it so that we don't have to switch back and forth between a few different pieces of software to engage with different customers. Everything in one place is a small time-saver, but a huge headache saver.

Cons

Not crazy about how data is presented, it is a little convoluted and hard to turn into coherent and actionable.

It helped me target customers that were actively interested in my message. I then knew who to focus on following up with.

Pros

I enjoyed that Yesware allowed for email tracking. When someone opened an email, you were notified. You understand that the subject line worked! If they open multiple times, you know they are interested. This helps significantly in the sales process.

Cons

I did not find many negatives, although it almost seemed like an ad after installation.

Pros

The automatic syncing of emails to Salesforce is great, and seamless when paired with G-suite Mail. I'm a huge fan of their notification tool too to bubble up specific threads at any specified time.

Cons

The touchpoints tool is nice, but needs the ability to integrate to a flow (i.e. a form submission from your site should automatically dump the lead into an SDRs touchpoint.

If you're running your business lead generation campaigns for either small or big businesses, it's amazing.

Pros

I love how it's incorporated into gmail and it's has a strong connection via actions and it's really easy to use. It has many options and sequences which I like and would suggest to anyone.

Cons

I would like it to be cheaper, but overall a great product.

\- Know which of your prospects are most interested and who opens and clicks on your emails - Save and reuse email templates/message you use - Create personalized email templates to increase efficiency - Integration with Salesforce is seamless - Great price

Cons

\- Probably not best for large teams, but works great for our smaller team and the price we pay for it!
