This is a very poorly managed, and poorly build cluncky software that google should ban from being used with gmail. Its not fit to sit on gmail because of the huge resources requirements and continuous crashing. Do not let your sales team use this - it will distract them and fail you.

Pros

it looks great and if i didn't crash we would be onto a winner

Cons

it crashes and will freeze you browser

Pros

Does everythign it says it does, software tracking, scheduling, sales cadence builder. Its fairly effective if you are an AE or and SDR

Cons

Touchpoints (the campaign component) requires too many clicks and takes up too much time to log. Too many separate windows! Tracking sometimes triggers when you open your own email, tracking doesn't always work well.

Pros

Read receipt from any inbox! This email tracker is great, it takes the guessing work out of email. Did they read? Do I need to send a reminder?

Cons

Kinda bulks up my email and have it load slowly, however, that may just because my laptop is overworked. But only issue when it is running my mail and some other apps gets slowed down or freezes, sometimes.

Pros

We weren't sure if some of our clients were getting any value out of our monthly reporting emails so we started using yesware to track if they were even opening. It helps inform us on whether to continue that for all clients or not.

Cons

it was a little difficult to set up on mac outlook but we got it.

I love knowing when someone has opened my email, or taken the time to download attachments. It helps me keep up with who I need to follow up with.

Cons

Sometimes, notifications can get bothersome. I don't necessarily need to know every single time someone has opened a message after the first time.

Pros

Yesware is a great tool and works as it should. Overall the tracking, setting up sequences and reporting are all good.

Cons

The only drawback of Yesware is its UI and this is very subjective, we used MixMax and its UI is very good and we felt that Yesware lacked in terms of how it looked.

Pros

I loved the integration with Gmail. I was able to have all my email templates ready to go and then it was easy to fill in the blanks

Cons

I have no complaints! I love this software. That said, I don't know how much it costs because my employer paid; cso I can't comment on value.

I like the fact that I can create and send emails using automated templates very fast and that I can sync emails effortlessly with SalesForce.

Cons

Sometimes there's too many options and clutter on my already busy Gmail account. Cleaning up the UI would be a good first step.

Pros

The email tracking, Campaign after all these getting the analytics of CTR & OTR gives really a much more clear picture for the marketing strategy.

Cons

Nothing to say for the desktop usage...if Yesware can provide the Mobile App, it will add much more value for the management. They can take the marketing decision on the go.

Cons

I like mailtag better and this one seems to be a little inconsistent as I will think they opened the mail and when i talk to prospect they haven't. i do like this one better than mailtracker however.

Pros

I liked that you were able to send email campaigns to as many people as you wanted without a limit. The only limit was the one set by our email provider, other than that we were able to send 300+ emails a day.

Cons

It was a lengthy process to download your email lists into Yesware to be able to send. There were also times where you would send an email and someone would respond but Yesware would continue to send emails even after I had already connected with someone.

We love the idea of Yesware, tracking client interaction with emails is very important to our organization. The software has very limited functionality, however. It assigns the email to any opportunity it wants to in Salesforce and makes for a data nightmare with doing reporting per client that we manage in the CRM. Have asked for a solution, to be able to choose which opportunity the activity attaches to, but it comes at a premium starting at $50,000 to build a custom modification for us.

Cons

A bit complex for me, it took some time to get used to. Other than that, It's a great tool! It keeps track of your sent mails.

The onboarding was really, really simple and the ability to use the software without leaving Outlook was awesome

Cons

The Salesforce integration was kind of wonky, and we had some issues troubleshooting it so we had to disable that feature, which was tough

Tried Yesware in 2013... now again in 2017... it flat out doesn't work, is a poor value for the money, and the customer service is awful. There are much much much better alternatives... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON YESWARE!

I don't really have anything negative to say about yesware. I think there could be slightly easier ways to do a mail merge but I digress

Pros

Love the idea of being able to manage my emails, since I am always sending them out and need to make sure I am not doubling up OR forgetting to send all together. It also gives me analytics that give me a perspective of how the consumer feels.

Cons

As a component of the product, it can also track when an email is opened. This is good in bulk, but if it is also being sent individually to certain consumers, the tracking is unnecessary. All you have to do on that is to send over a request on the email to have the info if the client has opened it.

Our team loves the ability to keep track of when emails are opened, and how many times they are opened.

Cons

Sometimes it fails to load and we are having to constantly refresh until it appears, but for the most part works great!
