Used the software for: ### "Did they open my email?" April 20, 2017 5.0 With Yesware it's easy to see who has opened the emails sent to them and how many times and if they have been forwarded. This feature is very handy when you're trying out new new subject lines and delivery times.... Testing is a key to effective subject lines and delivery times to mention just a couple areas that have received thousands of hours of scientific research when professional marketers are gathered. So after reading that info I knew I needed to try it out. Needles to say three years later when they went to a paid platform I signed up immediately. If you need to see if and when your emails were received and opened....something every sales person needs to know so your follow up call.....get this product. Great platform, decent pricing, and awesome analytics! Pros The fact that you can have email campaigns is awesome! And real-time updates and categorizations and analytics based on who opens/clicks. Pricing is fair for few employees but eats up a lot of budget with scaling teams. Cons Pricy for larger teams and we had a big issue were all of historical data was deleted due to a data base bug on their side. All we got is a 100$ refund on a 6k annual subscription. It's getting us some strong results and they're getting better at with mailmerge templates. But overall the campaigns because very cumbersome to manage. You need to search for your accounts separately all the time and do a control+f to make sure you got all your bases covered. It's also annoying that you can't just reorganize the order of the templates you created to match your new email sequence order. Pros Like the name suggests, it helps you get the yesses you're looking more. Really though it's more a response you're getting that you hope leads to a yes but you get the idea. Cons Annoying to manage campaigns. Also very frustrating that template management is so limited. Pros Is a good product for email tracking and mail-merge feature. they have templates but the functionality around those can be improved. Also, the engagement model gives a 30-day trial. this is very useful. Cons With gd-pr in place, i don't think this is the best option to track emails without consent. Pros I just had a vendor send me an email requesting a meeting. We're in different time zones and so if I call back to check her schedule, I'd probably only be able to leave a message. Rather than play phone tag, I was able to schedule a meeting within 10 seconds + received a calendar invite. Thanks for the new time saver! Cons I've only had a good experience with Yesware, no compliants or suggestions from me. The mail merges and lead/contact editing from gmail are great. I can't imagine going back to a life without them. You can create Multiple stages for the follow-up email. Yesware provides the perfect reports for your email campaign. Cons Last company had used Yesware it blocked our so many accounts just because it doesn't have credibility. Later I thought that's a good step by the Yesware because that authenticate the user. They were able to answer my questions and provide quality insight on the product. I do wish yesware had the feature of organizing data a little better-- for instance, the opened emails in a mail merge-- but the filter system is great. The sidebar for outlook is also excellent, updating almost immediately from the time the email was opened. I would recommend yesware. Pros Filters are great, real time opened rates are awesome. Cons I wish it was easier to organize data- for example, opened emails from a mail merge. As an admin, it's extremely easy tool to implement and maintain. Our sales reps like it and get good use out of this. Cons It's not super robust, is more limited in terms of features and functionality to alternatives like Outreach but it is far cheaper so that can make a difference in evaluating this.
