Great interface, lot of features. Pity that tracking is recognized and categorized by email providers as spam.

Pros

Easy to use, functionality is pretty straightforward and comes in a presentable interface. I enjoyed using the free trial.

Cons

The emails I sent using yesware tracking were send to spam. Which makes it's use redundant if the tracking send with the emails can be easily tracked and qualified as spam.

Pros

Yesware is one of a just few email campaign tools that has a direct integration with outlook. I Love that its really easy to set up and has all of the basic functionality to build a sequence of outreach emails. Some of my favorite features include: Templates and the ability to add merge tags, click /email tracking and analytics.

Cons

Implementation of new features seems rather slow compared to similar products and the analytics section is rather minimal. I'm also really suprised they don't offer webhooks or zapier access.

Pros

I really liked that it tracked emails and saved templates to determine which ones did well. It also had an extension to gmail and salesforce, which made the tool easy to use.

Cons

My email templates being sent out with this tool would often get flagged as spam by the decision makers because the sending domain would include yesware not just my company's name.

Pros

Instead of using a mailing service that sends emails from your account via their own server, YesWare sends them directly from your Gmail account which is more professional looking.

Cons

Using the bulk emailing system is great, but the list of 'campaigns' can't be filtered or edited, which is really annoying!

We love using Yesware to manage onboarding campaigns and to track/collaborate on use of templates across the team. 5 stars for the template function, but everything else seems to be lacking. It's a little cumbersome to use on the day-to-day and reporting isn't intuitive across the board. Additionally, support isn't easily accessible to contact. Often has a long turn around.

Has a bunch of awesome features and almost acts like a CRM + mass emailing platform with great customizability and segmentation abilities.

Cons

Found some other options that were a bit cheaper and am mainly testing for deliverability. so far nothing to complain about with this company.

This is one of the most important pieces of software we use! Great UI/UX. The company has been doing it for a while and they know exactly what customers are looking for. Definitely, something I recommend. The only problem I had with them is that they didn't allow us to do a month to month subscription and made no exceptions. They are also a little pricey for the features we require but worth every penny.

We turned to Yesware to be able to tracks opens, views, attachments, etc. All of these things help us know who to further target and who to let go, increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

Yesware is Sales automation done right. Actually not just sales automation but pretty much all email communication. Easy to use. One suggestion - there has to be a way to take the creepy factor out of the sales equation - i.e. when the viewer opened the email / how much time they spent etc. etc.

Email tracking free for a whole month. The fastest and most accurate tracking there is. I was going to sign up for Yesware but the pricing was just too high. There are a ton of features like location and exact timing of the emails opened that were superior to others I've used.

Pros

Yesware was very accurate and even faster than Hubspot sidekick. The free trial version was great to use. It gave a ton of detail into where and when emails had been opened.

Cons

The outreach following the trial use was unbearable. Everyday I was receiving calls and emails. The tool itself was the best email tracking I've used. Faster and more relieble than Hubspot's and Salesloft tracking feature so no complaints about the software itself

Yesware is still one of the best apps out there for cold-email outreach. Their extensive tools allows my team to customise any email campaign to a complex degree.

Cons

Unless you actively prospect through cold email and can fully utilise all its features, Yesware is rather expensive and you might find other simpler prospecting platforms out there to send your outreach campaigns.

Unlike using other mass-email tools, yesware sends the emails directly from your Gmail account which means it looks like a personal email and won't get flagged as spam.

Cons

You can't seem to cancel a campaign midway through sending, so make sure you're 100% happy before you commit to sending anything!
