Excellent team to work with and easy to understand right from the beginning. This has helped us get organized and gives us the chance to send out invoices quickly as well as track the payments received and also outstanding invoices not paid. Whenever we have a problem by the time we send out the request they have already sent the answer and fixed the problem. The Web3box team has been a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend them.

As an independent contractor I'm not really in sales but I have a long client list that I have to work with until I can get their accounts closed. There are many details to address and those all happen over a long period of time. There really isn't a perfect tool for me. Well...there wasn't a perfect tool until I found W3B CRM because I can now customize it to meet my needs. I can make adjustments and changes that work best for my situation. I am not a programming person and I don't care for the setup process. I just want to get to work! I had to ask lots of questions and I was always treated like I was the most important person on their client list. I got the royal treatment from the first day I contacted them. I have been working with George and he is amazingly patient as I define what my needs are and he addresses them in the best possible way. I have resisted this process for the better part of a year. I may have dragged my feet but with George's help I have made up for lost time. He answered my emails with detail and unquestionable knowledge. I am impressed! I am still new to CRM software but I am certain that I made the right decision in choosing W3B. It's perfect!

I am able to customize areas to better meet my unusual needs.

W3B CRM has been life changing! This CRM is so easy to use and have the functionality to be 110% customizable to your companies needs. The CRM has searchable fields for everything, tracks any changes and updates you make automatically, can send out auto-emails, can import data from intake forms on your website directly into the CRM and so much more. This company has been able to listen to all of our wants and needs and make it happen. They respond right away to all emails and phone calls and schedule regular weekly or bi-weekly meetings to show us where they are at in the developing process. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a CRM!

George from W3B personally makes sure you are satisfied with there CRM product, Easy to contact by phone or email, always ready to modify something if needed.

Pros

The software has many modules, the quoting, invoicing, time tracking and custom reports are used daily, the look and functionally are great. The mobile version is simple and effective. The price per user is fantastic.

Cons

I don't have any cons to write as the software is doing everything we need it to at this point.

Hi, I am new at this CRM and W3B is excellent for my small business. There is a learning curve but it is not too steep. The customer service in helping me has been the single reason I will look no further. George has walked me through the process and refinements to make all this really work for me. He is so knowledgable, friendly, and super responsive. This program meets all of my needs and then some and I know it will scale as my business grows. Great product!

As a Consultant, a President, and a VP/GM, I have had deep dive experience w/ W3B's Services and CRM product, in 3 different companies and business environments over the last several years, and with out hesitation, I can rate all 3 experiences as exceptional. The W3B's level of support is so thorough that the W3B team are considered more "partners, than Vendors" they are available around the clock for anything that arises, and their expertise and creativity has been a major factor that has contributed greatly to our successes. Faced with a wide range of technology , design, engineering and development needs, W3B has always had the talent and skills to meet and surpass our requirements. The W3B CRM Product has been easy to incorporate, extremely adaptable and customizable to various needs and requirements, and less expensive and more simple to adopt than its competition ( SalesForce, Sugar, et al). I am happy to suggest that anyone in need of Technology and CRM solutions give W3B serious consideration.

We are a chemistry company with sales division and distributors. Web3Box team helped us set the CRM Sales and also trained our reps. We were great pleased by in the company training sessions and online sessions! For the distributors, having the invoices, reports and expenses in one place is amazing. We linked the invoicing system to Quickbooks and the customers, products and invoices were automatically retrieved inside of the crm. Best part, is that this guys did a lot of customization to make the system fit my business! That was a huge help! Over all we are happy with this relation and with their company support services.

Web3box was just the product I was looking for. I am responsible for both business development and coordinating independent contractors who are assigned to our client projects. I had no idea that an all-in-one product existed. I was thrilled to find Web3box. Now I can not only stay organized as I pursue a new business opportunity but I can align my team as they work with our clients- all in one system. Our team is virtual, so project management is imperative. They can track their hours and i can bill my clients right from the system. No need for a paper trail. It is all in one place! What sets Web3box apart from the other companies is their incredible customer services. They return your calls immediately. I am not very computer savvy so I prefer a live person who can simply walk me through a process. They are great communicators!! There are also easy to follow videos so you can always refer back to them. The system is easy to use and very intuitive. They also helped me to build a and embed my sales process. Now I can easily train the rest of my sales team!
