Working with the Hitachi Implementation team is great. They know their product. Pros The workflow for processing requests. The way approvals work and the ability to delegate works great Cons The WEB UI is a bit clunky and is not very user friendly. When you have a large number of targets and entitlements of different types of systems, having end users find what they need is a challenge.
