Kakanj is part of HeidelbergCement Group, one of the largest manufacturers of building materials. As our business grew larger by the year, it was getting more and more difficult to organize, oversee and manage both our internal processes and associated documentation. In implementing OWIS, we have managed to gain control of administration processes by simply creating different types of workflows for our mail and invoices registry, as well as for donations, fixed assets write-off and rendered services approval requests. Apart from the obviuos benefits, such as aforementioned control and moving towards paperless environment, OWIS helped in optimizing and streamlining our processes making their execution quicker and saving us time we had to spend on mundane and tedious tasks. To top it off, we were able to create and generate various reports in the system making our supervision even easier. Simply put, if you are looking for a smart and flexible workflow solution that also takes care of your document management problems, we would surely recommend OWIS. Being able to track cases, be alerted to deadlines and have all of the information available at a single place is paramount to us. With OWIS, we have managed to implement complete flow of our cases and track them accordingly. OWIS enables us to effectively collaborate and perform cross checks of the work done within the organisation. Set up, implementation and training process was swift and system flexibility enabled us to make set up changes on the go. I can only recommend OWIS and Orka team for workflow and document management projects. Think of the handling of our customer's offer requests, the processing of incoming invoices, our colleagues' annual leave requests and even a critical process like that of our product development. OWIS helped us digitize our operating procedures and inspired us to write a heck of a lot more. That's because OWIS works and is simple to use.
