### "An honest review from a veteran cold caller"

March 13, 2026

5.0

I’ve been using Readymode for more than three years, and it has consistently proven to be a reliable and effective dialer solution. It delivers exactly what you need to keep your calls running smoothly and helps you achieve tasks successfully without interruptions.

Pros

\- Reliability: The system is stable and dependable, which is why it’s widely adopted and used by most call centers that I worked for . - User Interface: The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. I especially appreciate the customizable call logs menu, which makes it simple to find exactly what you’re looking for. - Efficiency: Readymode streamlines workflows and ensures that call operations are handled seamlessly.

Cons

Sometimes, when you're already viewing an old profile and there's an incoming call; the new file won't show up. This issue doesn't always happens but it I encountered it a few times, and I'm hoping that this will get fixed in the future updates. I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks in my experience. The platform has met my expectations consistently.

### "Strong Dialer + Great Support (Worth the Learning Curve)"

December 10, 2025

5.0

Overall, it’s been a good experience for me. Readymode does what it says it does- it dials fast, keeps calls organized, and helps my team stay productive. The platform is powerful, and the customer service has been on point every time I needed help. After getting used to the layout, it’s been an effective part of my workflow.

Pros

The biggest win for me has been their customer support. Every time I had an issue or didn’t understand something, someone actually got on with me and walked me through it. Once you get the hang of the system, the dialer itself is super strong- consistent connect rates, smooth calling, and way more control than other dialers I’ve used. It’s a solid tool once you learn your way around it.

Cons

There is a learning curve. The system isn’t plug-and-play on day one, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It just takes some time to understand all the features and where everything is located. But once you get it, it runs well.

Switched from

[CallTools](https://www.capterra.com/p/149510/Call-Center-Software/)

I switched from CallTools because it just didn’t really work for me- constant glitches, low connect rates, and it felt unreliable. Readymode has been much more consistent.

### "A Practical Call Center Dialer with Good Features but Room for Improvement"

March 16, 2026

3.0

The platform is clearly designed with outbound calling teams in mind, and when everything is configured properly, it can significantly improve dialing efficiency and agent productivity. From a value for money perspective, Readymode offers a decent set of features for call centers that rely heavily on outbound dialing. The platform combines CRM-style lead management with dialing tools, which can help teams manage contacts and campaigns in one place. For companies running large call operations. This integration can save time and reduce the need for multiple systems. The dialer features are fairly robust, including automation options that allow teams to scale their outreach efforts efficiently.

Pros

Efficient automated call dialer that supports high-volume outbound campaigns Useful call management and reporting tools for supervisors and teams Good integration of dialer and CRM-style lead management

Cons

Initial learning curve for new users unfamiliar with call center platforms Customer support response time can sometimes be slow Interface and workflow could be more modern and streamlined

### "best dialer interface with the hardest subscription method ever"

March 13, 2026

5.0

it is one of the best dialers i have ever used when it comes to the interface, the simplicity and the speed of dialer cost wise I know it gives value/money tbh

Pros

friendly user interface less lagging compared to other dialer softwares offers a great amount of stats and percentage not alot of wrap up time

Cons

\-dialer part and settings need to be more advanced and more bigger -you need to allow transfer call between agents easily -subscription and unsubscribe needs to be more transparent and easier not just through emails also before crediting anything from credit card there must be warning that appears immediately on the dialer this is so far my opinion as an agent or an admin who bought ready mode before

Switched from

[CallTools](https://www.capterra.com/p/149510/Call-Center-Software/)

alot of wrap up time and no tools for the agents to know how much has he actually logged in or how many call has he got

### "Best Dialer on the market and best support"

October 27, 2025

5.0

Certain reps are better than others in terms of experience. \[sensitive content hidden\] has never failed to deliver. I've had times where I had to make 3 calls and wait on the line an average of 45 minutes to an hour just to get a question moderately answered. Every time i talk to \[sensitive content hidden\] he over delivers. As far as the dialer its always a learning curve, but its worth it when you get it down.

Pros

Readymode is easily the best dialer on the market place. \[sensitive content hidden\] at customer support is the most helpful. He was willing to stay on the phone with me and help dissect my issues with my call center.

Cons

The UI. It looks like a windows 8 computer and its confusing. I have a lot of referals that have canceled and gone to batch dialer because of the ease of use. Even when i tell them Batch Dialer is less superior the UI is still the biggest con.

### "Powerful dialer with great scheduling, but spam-flagging hurts results"

January 6, 2026

4.0

Overall, Readymode is a solid power dialer for serious outbound operations. It excels in efficiency, scheduling, and support, but the spam-flagging issue holds it back from being best-in-class. If call reputation were improved, it would be an easy top-tier solution.

Pros

Readymode is very strong operationally. The scheduling tools, multi-calling power, and overall call-flow management save a lot of time. It’s well-suited for high-volume outbound teams. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, which matters when running live campaigns. Once set up, the dialer is reliable and easy for agents to use.

Cons

The biggest drawback is deliverability. Phone numbers tend to get flagged as “spam likely” too often, which hurts connection rates. Number reputation management and caller ID optimization need improvement. This is a major issue for outbound sales teams that rely on trust at first contact.

### "Efficient Call Center Dialer with Helpful Management Tools"

March 13, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Readymode has been positive. The platform provides useful tools for call centers, especially for outbound calling and lead management. Once you become familiar with the system, it becomes much easier to manage calls, monitor performance, and keep track of customer interactions. It’s a helpful solution for teams that rely heavily on phone communication.

Pros

Readymode is easy to use and the interface is clear, which makes it simple for new agents to start working quickly. The call dialer is efficient and helps reduce manual work by automating outbound calls. I also liked the call management features, such as tracking call outcomes and managing leads within the system. Overall, it helps improve productivity in a call center environment.

Cons

The learning curve can still be a bit challenging for people who have never used a call center platform before. Some dialer features and settings may take time to fully understand. In addition, occasional delays or minor technical issues can happen when managing a large number of calls.

### "Easy to use once you learn it"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience with Readymode has been good. After using it for a while it becomes pretty easy to work with. It’s helpful for keeping track of leads, notes, and appointments while making calls. Once you learn the layout it definitely helps you stay productive during your shift.

Pros

What I like most about Readymode is that everything you need during a call is on the same screen. You can see the customer information, script, and notes all in one place, which makes it easier to talk to people and stay organized. The dialer also helps move through leads quickly so you don’t waste time between calls.

Cons

One thing I didn’t like at first is that the screen can look a little busy because there are a lot of buttons and options. It can take some time to get used to where everything is. Sometimes the system can also lag a little depending on the connection.

### "The platform is easy"

March 13, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with ReadyMode has been very positive. The platform is easy to learn and use, which makes daily calling tasks much more efficient. The predictive dialer works smoothly and helps me connect with more leads in less time by automatically dialing numbers and connecting me only when someone answers. I also appreciate the clear interface and useful reporting tools that help track performance and productivity.

Pros

powerful and easy-to-use dialer that helps sales teams connect with more leads efficiently. The platform offers a predictive dialer that automatically calls multiple numbers and connects agents only when someone answers, saving time and increasing productivity. It also supports different dialing modes such as predictive, progressive, power, and preview dialing. Agents benefit from features like dynamic scripts, local presence dialing, voicemail drop, and real-time monitoring tools. The system integrates lead management and reporting, allowing teams to track performance and improve results. Overall, ReadyMode is a reliable dialer with smart automation and user-friendly features for outbound calling teams.

Cons

one drawback I noticed is that the system focuses mainly on calling and doesn’t have a built-in texting or messaging feature. If texting leads is needed, it usually requires using another tool or integration. Overall, it’s a solid dialer for outbound calling, but adding SMS capabilities would make it even better.

### "Powerful Dialer With Great Automation, But Has a Learning Curve"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Readymode has been positive. It’s a powerful tool for teams that need a reliable outbound dialing system with strong automation and reporting capabilities. Once you get familiar with the platform and understand how the campaigns and settings work, it becomes much easier to use and can significantly improve call efficiency and productivity. While there are some usability improvements that could be made, the core functionality works well and the platform does a good job supporting high-volume sales operations. I would recommend it to businesses that depend on outbound calling and want a system that can scale with their team.

Pros

One of the things I liked most about Readymode is how powerful the dialer and automation tools are. The platform makes it easy to manage high-volume outbound calling with features like predictive dialing, call routing, and campaign management. It’s also helpful that everything is built specifically for sales teams and call centers, so tools like lead management, dispositions, and reporting are already integrated into the workflow. Another big advantage is the customization — you can set up campaigns, call flows, and integrations in a way that fits your team’s process. The real-time reporting and analytics are also useful for tracking agent performance and campaign results. Overall, it’s a strong platform if your team relies heavily on outbound calling and needs something scalable.

Cons

One downside is that the platform can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start using it. Because it has so many features and configuration options, there is definitely a learning curve for new users and administrators. Some parts of the interface also feel a little outdated and could be more intuitive. In certain cases, navigating between different sections of the system takes extra steps, which can slow things down when you’re trying to make quick adjustments to campaigns or lists. Another thing that could be improved is documentation and onboarding resources, especially for teams that are setting everything up for the first time.

### "I like that it includes useful features "

March 13, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Readymode has been positive. The platform is easy to use and the predictive dialer helps increase productivity by automatically dialing leads and connecting calls quickly. I like that it includes useful features such as built-in CRM tools, lead management, and real-time reporting, which help track performance and manage campaigns efficiently. Overall, it’s a reliable system for outbound calling and helps teams handle a high volume of calls more effectively.

Pros

The user-friendly interface made it easy to navigate and manage calls efficiently, even during high volume periods

Cons

Agents usually log in through a custom web URL it woild be much better if there an app One thing I liked least about Readymode is that the reporting and analytics could be more customizable. Sometimes it’s difficult to get very detailed insights from the reports.

### "Efficient Dialer for High-Volume Calling"

March 31, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Readymode has been positive. It’s a solid platform for outbound calling, especially for cold calling and lead generation. It helps improve productivity and keeps the workflow organized, though there’s still room for improvement in stability and customization.

Pros

Readymode is very user-friendly and efficient for high-volume calling. The dialer is fast, call quality is generally reliable, and the interface makes it easy to manage leads and workflows. I also liked the reporting features, which help track performance clearly.

Cons

Overall, my experience with Readymode has been positive. It’s a reliable and intuitive platform that makes daily operations in a call center much easier. While it could improve its performance stability, especially with browser data, it still offers one of the smoothest interfaces I’ve worked with.

Pros

What I like most about Readymode is how simple and user-friendly it is. It’s easy to use both as an agent and as an admin. Listening to calls, monitoring agents, and reviewing performance are all very straightforward.

Cons

The power dialer is fast, stable, and works well for high-volume calling, with consistent call quality and helpful features like local presence, call recording, and live call monitoring.
