We have always been able to integrate tools we need in order to perform accordingly. They have always fixed any issue we have had.

Pros

Their tech support team is amazing. They are always available to assist you. It is an easy software to use.

Cons

There isnt anything I did not like. I like pretty much everything about Readymode. I have not had a bad experience since I started 3 years ago.

its very positive and I've noticed it when i was forced to use another site for a period of time and i couldn't wait t go back to Readymode

Pros

ease of use, privacy (the mic is only on when you are on a call), and the simple sounds that the dialer makes when you receive a call (which you can also control its volume)

Cons

Readymode's biggest drawbacks are its most common complaint is its inconsistent customer support, which many users find slow and unhelpful.

I feel my overall experience has been positive. The customer support team is always ready to help and is fast when it comes to dialler problems.

Pros

I love that Read-mode allows you to track your time to be more efficient. Ready-mode also allows you to show what you are doing with your time, there is a mode for everything and is highly customisable. You are also able to be assigned to multiple lists for calling.

Cons

Sometimes there is "Dead Air" this is what my team would call it when it seems to have connected to a call, however it has not connected to the call

I would say it is satisfactory. There does seem to be a few small annoying bugs, that surface from time to time.

Pros

It has all the features we need, the inter-user communications tools are simple, easy to use. Tech support is fast, responsive and liberally available.

Cons

It seems to use a lot of resources and be quite selective about operating environments. It seems to dislike several platforms.

It is amazing. Quite easy to use and understand. It makes cold calling work like a charm. Readymode is the future of call centers.

Pros

Readymode is quite efficient. We are able to add notes. We are able to auto dial call list and set callbacks. It works really fast and smooth. Never glitches out. I believe it would be an asset to call centers and agents would love its reliability. You get quite the value for your money they way you are able to reach out and speak to customers and make deals.

Cons

It is hard to not liike Readymode. I have no issues with using it. And since its developers are always looking for ways to improve, I believe they will always be 2 steps ahead of whatever issue should arrive.

The predictive dialer efficiently cycles through numbers, reducing downtime between calls, while the queue-based system helps ensure that the right leads are prioritized. Call dispositions, notes, and recordings are stored neatly so follow-up and accountability are simple. Although there can be a learning curve with settings and routing, once configured properly, the system offers smooth call flow, clear reporting, and strong productivity for high-volume dialing.

Pros

I really like the integrated CRM that it has. I also like how they allow the user to switch between different CPA options. Not having the need of another crm makes it worth for your money. The on the phone customer support is awesome aswell.

Cons

I dont like how its system itself isnt too user friendly. Some of the feautures in the system itself are a little complicated to manuever especially with no prior experience. I dont like how thet charge $50 for the regular membership if you need on the phone assistance I believe it should come with the program.

It's been really good based off all the help I am able to receive through my account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] and the Tech support team.

Pros

The ease of use with their CRM system and the way tech support is always there to help any of my employees having issues they may encounter.

Cons

The fact that i can't let their system scrub my own leads because if I let their system do the work for me nobody that has been previously booked will come through my dialer again. My business does not do 1 time business to where I would never want to call these peopele again so the only way to get those leads to come back through my dialer again is to download the previous call report and scrub out the the non-owners, disconnects and moved clientel then I have to reupload the leads so that everyone previously booked can be called again the next time we ae calling into that area. Please fix your system to where you have the option to let people who have been booked for an appointment before be booked again without me having to do extra leg work.

Pros

The auto dialer saves a lot of time and keeps calls moving without downtime between leads. It makes outreach much more efficient and helps me focus on conversations instead of dialing numbers. Overall, it’s a great tool for staying productive throughout the day.

Cons

It would be helpful if there were an easier way to change the outbound phone number when dialing. Adding the ability to select or filter specific states to call would also make targeting leads much more efficient. Those features would make the dialer even more flexible for different campaigns.

doesnt seem to keep you logged in at all times there are times when ready mode needs me to re log in because someone or myself is still loged in

Not bad . Quite good in terms of call quality . It would be better if you could avoid getting Voice Mails .

Pros

The Sound system and settings . Overall call quality is very good . THe dispose section is visible and easy to use .

Cons

Constant issues like "Phone not detected" & "You are only half connected" . Call flow is kind of slow as always .

Ready mode is a great addition to our outbound calling. it helps keep all files organized and easy to assign reps to call lists based off their skill levels. so many options to customize call dispositions making the dialer more fine tuned for stats. the display is easy for team members to navigate making an easy transition for new hires to get on and call.

Cons

overall ready mode is solid. i don't really have any complaints, i would say it not working properly with the mac safari browser.

Pros

Great dialer to use if you want a powerful tool to help increase business production and efficiency. There are very few bugs in the system, and it works smoothly. There is AI support, and you can escalate issues, and they will respond via email. Readymode has a lot of value for the money and is very easy to access. It is also easy to collaborate in a team environment.

Cons

There's not much that I dislike about the platform. DID's arent expensive and its overall a good platform to make calls.

mostly ok.. i dont like to having wait days for a reponce on issues were having .especially when you have 50 plus emplyees. no ready time issues being adreessed

Pros

control over leads, but there is issues on the filtring proccess. and the reset of leads , for agent on the back end the mark the sale, but doens't remove the sale lead. and it doesn't remove iton the next broadcast.

Cons

customer service.. it takes way to long to cantact this company. the is no real time corrections , or the urgency to help . this was very disapointing

simple to use and effective. good management system too. good dialer with good connection rates as well.

Cons

the starter doesn't include the IQ like it used to & i dont really see the difference in packages to be honest

amazing pretty much across the board. product works as intended very well and support is helpful. user interface is clear and concise. nothing fancy but who cares when its functionality that we all want

fantastic simple and user friendly dialer that is actually beyond sound regarding the phone call itself

Cons

My least favorite part of using readymode is the difficult integration process to the crm. not the end of the world, just had to have extra help setting it up. support was great help

the Quality of the dialer and how easy to handle dids Readymode can call many numbers simultaneously and connect agents quickly, which increases call volume and lead generation.

Cons

Some users report slow response times or difficulty contacting support and One of the biggest complaints is caller ID reputation, where numbers sometimes appear as “Spam Likely.”
