the learning curve is easy it's easy to use for us very manageable the call dialer is easy to use our call management is very good we love it all.

Pros

Dialing features are awesome, they make value for money very easy for us. our call center is expanding every day.

Cons

sometimes the dialer can be slow at times when we call out it take just a second for us to be able to hear our customers say hello.

Pros

I love the dialer features, calls are amazingly fast without too much delay. Would recommend this dialer!

Cons

Since I am not paying for this dialer but I would still say that I hope my company or my boss could still get discounts for using this software.

I wish the IQ was included in all of the plans. I also wish there was a way to see if the numbers I buy are marked as spam before I buy them.

My overall experience with readymode was AMAZING, I am constantly getting in front of leads, increasing contacts, always presenting and more importantly I am closing more. I would reccomend this dialer to any insurance agent that works an outbound based sales role.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up readymode for dialing from day 1. I love the de duplication that occurs when I upload the same spreadsheet of leads with new entry. I love the algorithm that adjusts as its dialing to make sure I am getting people to pick up without abandoning too many contacts.

Cons

I wish there was a way to get access to readymode IQ as a solo user, so we could see which of the numbers are getting flagged as spam, Its also missing sms features, but you can integrate with other apps.

I love readymode cuz is really easy to use and is fast, the customer service is good too, very happy with you.

Pros

Ease of use, the dialer is fast, had a good system, is really simple to my agents to work in this platform, they are happy

Cons

The wallpaper, I think the colors could be better, I dont like it and many times the letter coul be better too.

I really like the system. It gives me peace of mind knowing I do not need to manually dial leads anymore.

Pros

Connection Rate is really good. When I start dialing I know I get connections immediately and can just sit back and get people on the phone.

Cons

Sometimes confusing, the number of buttons are tough to understand sometime, but the customer support helps out with that.

My experience with ready mode has been very positive I would recommend it to anyone who needs to mass dial so you're not dialing numbers manually.

Pros

Ready mode is very easy to use, automatically dials the leads for me, and its very value for the money. Call management is beyond easy; the dialers features are a bit to learn at first but once you learn the features it's a fly. call center can be anywhere I work in my area, so I don't have to worry about going to some office anywhere I go can be my office.

Cons

I wish that ready mode came with an automatic callback for voicemails and when it comes to appointments they go in my files since when I make appointments for some reason they don't go into my files and I have to manually call back the voicemails I get, which if you set a lot of them is time consuming

I would say when first starting with Readymode, it can be a little difficult for first-time users as there is a lot to understand.

Honestly calls are slow on weekends but can't expect everything to be perfect that's just how cold calling is.

Amazing, I'd recommend to any sales rep trying to get into an ai dialer. Readymode is the simplest one to use for sure.

Pros

The simplicity and the efficient system of readymode is my favorite thing about it. It never lags, its fast, smart and run very fast.

Cons

Honestly, not much. It runs well, works amazing and barely had any problems. One minor thing is it sometimes says "phone not detected".

dialer is slow, tends to have an over 10 min wait time. the leads are really cold and tends to waste time.

Pros

How easy it is to use. The tools to make appointments/ follow up with clients makes it incredibly easy. I'd recommend it for any company.

Cons

Nothing to be honest. It's very good, but I guess my least favorite thing would be it's not always accessible if there's too many people in your company using it.

Its affordable, easy to use, and extremely efficient! There is nothing as affordable for the quality readymode provides!

Overall I am extremely pleased with Readymode dialer and everything that I have gotten from it and still get. I manage several cold callers on it and have produced so much money in leads from it. Thank you!

Pros

The dialer tracks everything perfectly from the call recordings to KPIs, etc. It is so much better than previous dialers I used. The customer support is extremely helpful too (online over the phone and over text). I can always reach somebody over the phone support to resolve any bugs and issues.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about Readymode as it is the best dialer I have used so far! It is worth every penny!

Connects many calls and overall a very clean system and dialer. It's the best power dialer I've used and allows many configurations. it's extremely efficient and quick to get more clients available.

Cons

The UI does look outdated but it is very simple and easy to use. I have not had many issues using the dialer

Very good. Had very few technical problems and any of the real ones were to be dealt with by the third party company who sold me the technology.

Pros

System works exactly as advertised. Does all the manual labor for me so I dont have to hand dial the phone numbers anymore.

Cons

No call recordings so I can listen to the call afterward. The microphone isnt the best and requires a really good internet connection.
