Pros The architecture and implementation of this software if fairly simple and straightforward and also it allows near real time monitoring of the network infrastructure performance and hence one is able to implement rapidly and get to see results in a quick span of time. Cons There is probably one thing that can be improved which is the user interface so that one can customize it more easily and quickly to arrange the widgets that one would like to see for their environment and get a better user experience overall. Pros Ease of use/configuration. Integrated netflow. Cons The SOAP API. And SOAP API bugs in 2014. Most of them are fixed by now.. and they have a RESTful API.
