Pros

It has flexibility, automation, and complexity management features. Easy to get started and implement to have better analytics.

Cons

Pricing is not available. I am not sure if a free trial is available or not.

Overall experience is very good.

Pros

Different Templates for different types of reports.The quality and architecture of the PDF reports are very decent.The API capabilities are very much flexible and easy to control according to our needs.

Cons

some appearance and visualizations issues are there which need to be addressed first to make this software a complete value for money.

The vendor was very helpful and would answer questions that we had and also helped size the environment so that we could have a successful implementation.

Pros

The architecture and implementation of this software if fairly simple and straightforward and also it allows near real time monitoring of the network infrastructure performance and hence one is able to implement rapidly and get to see results in a quick span of time.

Cons

There is probably one thing that can be improved which is the user interface so that one can customize it more easily and quickly to arrange the widgets that one would like to see for their environment and get a better user experience overall.

Solved very complex monitoring in an ISP network with stats inserted through their API when there were no SNMP MIBs that got us even close to where we needed to be.

Pros

Ease of use/configuration. Integrated netflow.

Cons

The SOAP API. And SOAP API bugs in 2014. Most of them are fixed by now.. and they have a RESTful API.
