General Manager Automotive Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Overcoming all hurdles and resistance for change" March 15, 2017 5.0 We starting point for this improvement was a 90% spot buy and excel based system and converted to a catalog based partially automated system to be achieved with the roll out including over 90% of all our suppliers to be enrolled and ready for go live. With the outstanding help and support of XEEVA during the training face and supporting operations during the go-live activities we could reduce our supplier base by more then 70%, streamline order process with min/max. levels find ample solutions for synergies at the product and supplier areas. More effective and reports and weekly spending controls could be put in place, accountability at the user level increased, precise spending control was made possible in value and in timing(inventory levels). The XEEVA reporting variety be area, product, department and in real time allows effective and efficient decision making and anytime in all areas. Easy and effective software which generates returns from the first day of its implementation. Pros Effectiveness, real time reporting, Accountability, spending control, synergies with suppliers and products, Cons to include the Mexican Legal procurement requirements for declaration purposes. Is a very friendly platform in general the users feel comfortable using it. We can have more control over the suppliers and the user requirements. Highly recommended Pros the service desk, they are always available to attend your questions or problems. In general the service and customer support , they customize the software to attend your needs. December 1, 2018 3.0 Pros Software was not expensive as usually they are cost effective. The implementation was seamless. The software worked well with our system. I do have to cut many orders for procurement of lighting products. Cons The only problem was difficulty with some vendors and suppliers that could not adapt to our system. Pros extensive help from XEEVA during the project phase, repeated training helped to assure good understanding with our users to assure go live, in depth supplier training, adaption to internall system and to local laws and requirements. Used the software for: ### "Xeeva experience" March 31, 2017 4.0 The implementation is quick, the software is easy to use and it provides very good reports to generate ideas and purchasing strategies. It can improve on the budget control side and be more flexible to adapt to specific customer needs. The way that catalogs are created is friendly and easy to use, but it is hard to manage since everything you buy becomes a catalog item, creating lots of unnecessary data in the system. Overall, it is an excellent tool to manage the indirect spend, the next step for Xeeva should be to develop the functionality to manage direct material too (raw materials) Review Source GK George K.
