Customer Service wiliness to assist me and great call back responses on unanswered questions. Not much more to say.

Cons

Ability to configure reports in admin. Even suggesting changes are meet with uncertainty with the CSR's. Great product to use with my orientations and Return to Work programs

It has really helped me in getting the paperwork completed from the guys in the field and sending out requests for certain tasks is great when I am not always seeing the field staff. Customer support is excellent and they get back to you very quickly.

Pros

Very easy to use and has helped us track all of our paperwork in a very organized way. We have set up timesheets in bis trainer and this has been a gamechanger for us. No longer chasing down people for timesheets.

Cons

I enjoy the software but i believe a manual would be helpful . With all the different focuses it is hard to find info on how to do certain things as an administrator. Cant always find what I need.

Overall positive, it is easy to track employee training and competency. The application is easy for employees to use.

Pros

Bis software has mad safety training seamless for our organization. We have integrated existing training and focused on extra training for the employees.

Cons

We sometimes struggle getting support on new integrations. we have been trying to get forms included in the software and have not seen follow through.

It's easy to use, all info is in one place, great customer service. We have been using the system for near miss reporting and inspections so far, and like it.

Pros

The system is easy to use, although we are just starting out. Customer support has been quick in resolving issues.

Cons

Nothing, we are still getting used to it. I need more practical in the system to see what areas I would like to see improvement in.

The instant sign off and submittal of the documents, the ontime notifications that you havee a document to review

Cons

I am less likely to read through the documents when signing off on them, this was something that I was forced to do when handling the paper copies. This is more of a "me" thing

Our experience with BIS Safety Software has been excellent - easy to use, great support, affordable and a real time-saver.

Pros

Having all of our safety documents and forms centralized in one place, with the ability to custom-create anything we need has been an absolute game-changer! I also really value the dedicated support team. Whenever possible, they don’t just fix the issue for us—they walk us through the solution so we can handle it ourselves next time. And when we do reach out, their response time is lightning-fast.

Cons

We really haven’t run into many issues. Like with any new software, there’s always a bit of a learning curve, but the support team has made that transition so much easier!

I am very pleased and would recommend this to anyone looking for Safety Software. It is a one stop shop, to have everything in one place is wonderful. I had the best onboarding trainer \[sensitive content hidden\] , she made it easy.

Pros

The system has been user friendly for all of our employees. The course management has been such an upgrade for us. The Asset and driver management modules used with scheduled monthly reports let us stay on top of it! We finally have one system for everything safety.

Cons

The reporting dashboard is kind of clunky and hard to set up but it has several improvements since I started using it.

I am very happy that I switched from Sitedocs to BIS safety, before I switched proper tracking of training matrix as well as training modules themselves had to be done manually. Targeted notifications and processes had to also be done manually. When I started as a customer the interface and bugs with the app were more clunky than they are now and I still thought it was a massive improvement.

Pros

It was not overly expensive and has a relatively good functionality, even offering advanced workflows and operations compared to other platforms. I have not had a lot of bugs or issues with the platform for a while. The platform allows easy extraction of data to help conduct regular audits and statistic reviews. Classes can be assigned through the platform and workflows can be integrated that ensure supervisor review competency before giving workers a certificate. 3rd party courses were good and mobile friendly for workers to complete on their phone. The asset management page is a great way to track all equipment, crews, locations or whatever you need. You can easily have your subcontractors in as users completing required forms and have full control over what they can see or use so long as you plan it. When you are having problems there is a responsive customer service line that can help you.

Cons

The interface for a lot of the dashboards is clunky, I will more often have to download as excel rather than review in menu. System design and advanced features do require coordination, planning and time to implement, as well as technical proficiency.

Extremely positive and excited to use it to even more of its potential within our Company. Once we fully develop our Assets in the software it will be even better.

Pros

Great value for the cost. We researched other similar software and found that we got the most for our dollar with BIS Safety Software. Very user friendly and if we have a question or an issue the Customer Support team has been exceptional.

Cons

Some of the forms/notification/permission settings have been a bit confusing but other than that not a lot to be dissatisfied with.

Great experience. We use this tool for 3 000 users through Canada. We were mainly able configured the tool so that it adapts to our operators and not the opposite

Pros

Flexibility in creating forms with different languages, Very good support from the BIS team when required, Continuous improvment of the tool with consideration of our company's needs.

Cons

Limited in dashboards but all the data collected is available on Excel reports. Some functionalities that we would like to extend to some users are limited to admin roles only.
