Pros

We use Glofox for the management of all of our clients as well as our class timetables. The system is very reliable and we have never experienced any downtime since signing up almost a year ago. The user interface is very well designed and easily navigatable for new users.

Cons

One integration which we would find beneficial in FIREFIT would be for a method to send out reminder texts to members a number of hours before their class.

### "Amazing Customer Experience"

Pros

This is the first review I've ever written for a software I didn't purchase. I worked with the Glofox team to work through whether or not we could utilize the Glofox software for our mobile corporate wellness company - a very different use than the software is intended! While we had too many needs that were outside the normal functionality of the software, support team was amazing thinking partner in brainstorming ways we could make the service fit our needs. We also got to explore and get hands-on with the interface, and as a previous client of Mindbody, I was blown away by not only the aesthetics, but the functionality of their product for gyms/studios. If I were to open a brick-and-mortar, this would be the software I would use.

Cons

We did not fully utilize the software, so I can't say exactly. For our needs (not standard) we would have loved to see calendar sync and reminder emails.

Been great. Sometimes a little slow to respond to issues (see above) Otherwise couldn’t be more helpful and had some great suggestions and I love they do the IT stuff of connecting website to booking system.

Pros

It’s really straightforward to set up using the setup instructions and easy to tweak to what suits myself at anytime if I need to change something that isn’t quite right for the business.

Cons

The Main dashboard needs to be more iPad friendly for those of us the don’t usually use a pc or laptop. The help centre you need a pc to see the emails they send back to you on it as they can’t be accessed with the phone or laptop unless email is directly sent back to my inbox.

Reason for choosing ABC Glofox

Ease of use. Great customer service and explanation of how it all worked. Cheaper than another similar product. They bent over backwards to sort out a payments system for me due to my location in the Channel Islands.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and navigate.

Cons

I could benefit from a messaging forum type feature. Maybe this is available with the custom app but not sure. The current messaging abilities work just fine though.

Miserable bag of lies, deception and unkept promises.

Pros

Nothing, it's an over-sold disaster. Make sure you negotiate, negotiate, negotiate the price. Their list price is ridiculous and it's like dealing with a used are salesperson.

Cons

Everything, nothing they promised is what it seems. I can't wait to move on from them.

Glofox is so much easier to use than MBO. I've stopped pulling my hair out in frustration, especially with MBO's 'call back' feature that 1) always calls back way longer than they say, and 2) always in the middle of the night.

Pros

So much more simple to use, I don't need a PHD to pull reports or get help.

Cons

Some features are still coming, which is actually a great problem. They have fresh API, so all good things coming soon!

Pros

Although i have only today signed up to glofox for my new yoga studio, i am overwhelmed with the support on offer :) Both reps who i spoke with are so nice and helpful! When my business partner and I decided to open up our own fitness studio last month we knew that we would need some sort of booking software/client management system. After trying a few trials/demo periods from different companies, we came across glofox and decided to give it a try. Honestly after 10 mins of trying out the software, I loved it straight away! I booked onto a demonstration call with Richard and got set up very easily! We did run into a couple of issues where there was an issue with the crossover from trial account to the premium version. This caused issues for us as the whole system was down for a few days. BUT Credit where it's due, the guys were in contact with us daily to update us on the problem and how to fix it. We were booked onto a 'call' where the support team identified and fixed the problem immediately, turning out to be something minor. Since then, we've had no problems! Our clients are loving the app and we are too! Highly recommend! Oh, and the price? Definite value for money!

Pros

The ease of the booking system as well as the integrations!

Cons

I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike, but would love to see some sort of forum/group that our members can comment/post onto!

I would recommend Glofox because they are working to fix the things that are missing and are making improvements to the software. Plus it is so easy to use!!!

Pros

User friendly, Support is prompt and helpful, clients with membership find it easy to book class, check in kiosk is great, very easy to use and set up.I am not a tech person and I had no trouble. I had a glofox specialist help me with any questions and set up for the first month. I can still contact him now if I need anything

Cons

missing some features that would be helpful when holding free events, app tells new clients that they are not eligible for a class instead of redirecting them to membership or package options so clients have to go to memberships first before they can book a class, needs to be all one step. no good way to have childcare schedule so have to set it up as a class and clients get confused.

Since opening my Yoga business 4 years ago, I found keeping my students engaged and keeping on top of my cash-flow was challenging. From working in some yoga studios I was using their online booking systems to check in students and payments. I found other systems cumbersome to do the most simplest task. One studio I hold yoga classes was (and still is) using Glofox and thought this was so much easier to do book, check in and receive payments, all online! I contacted Anthony from Glofox and showed me how easy it is to set up, and share with my clients.

Pros

Payments are processed by another Irish company called Stripe. This is an additional module to the Glofox suite but it is coupled with the simplicity and seamless completion. This gives me and my clients an Excellent Customer Experience.

Cons

If I do encounter issues with memberships and sometimes issues with students not able to book a class, support is only an email away or on their website, with a very quick response it is sorted. No delay and supporting the above mentioned, Excellent Customer Experience.

The team have been extremely helpful, from picking the correct package to setting up my Glofox account/ the integration with my site. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has gone above and beyond and I'm so thankful to him and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. Setting up the membership, I wanted t to have clients training 3 sessions a week but paying monthly but unfortunately the system wouldn't allow this but the team helped me work around the problem

The software is easy to use and self explanatory

Cons

Trying to set up the membership how I wanted was a bit tricky and I needed help from the Glofox team

Customer service is personal and prompt. I feel that my issues are taken seriously and dealt with promptly. I also see that the service continues endlessly to improve

Pros

I love the reports/statistics, monitoring performance and engaging with our members as a group or 121. The App is so simple to use and so effective from answering an inquiry to booking somebody into a class or taking out a membership. All the icons give you an opportunity to promote your Gym and why you should train at the Fitness Centre. From selling merchandise, protein, PT's, courses and booking classes has saved me so much time. In fact revolutionary. The biggest asset of Glofox is their team. The 121 interaction has been amazing. My customer support has listened to all my challenges, and sorted out solutions on our calls. If not able to sort out the problem he always comes back within 24 hours. Awesome Customer Service. Many companies need to learn from Glofox customer care. Thank You

Few issues with News /Courses Icon. In a number of occasions it took over 96 hours to remedy. I would like this to be reduced dramatically. Otherwise all positive,

Pros

Ease of use for members and administrators. Members can intuitively and comfortably figure out how to use the app. It provides our members with an equitable way to sign-up for free classes while also cancelling. The app continues to improve with each passing month

Cons

More data review options for administrators to analyze . Unable to build as many profiles around who is attending the classes. More filter options needed.
