## What is Area Pulse?

AreaPulse is a real estate market report software that generates customized reports with hyper-local real estate data including current market status, price trends, inventory, pricing and days on market averages, and active, sold and pending properties. The software provides charts and graphs that help clients understand market conditions in their neighborhood or desired area. Agents can fully customize and brand reports and choose their own landing page to generate leads. Customer Service needs help.

Pros

I spent a lot of time personalizing Area Pulse for my use and developing searches for specific areas. II developed pages for many of the locations I work in.

Cons

The software started to not work and many of the pages I developed had errors. I contacted Area Pulse and didn't get a satisfactory solution.

Try another LEAD GEN like cloudcma or HOMEBOT Al

I didn't work and the sales team never called, text or Email my company about the problem

We purchased this product and had a few questions and issues. Couldn't get in touch with anyone. Tried to cancel the service and they do not provide any way to cancel online. When we sent the request to cancel the first attempt was "read" according to the read receipt report. After two more attempts and the billed us again we finally get a response. customer service cancelled the service, never followed up to confirm, had to follow up ourselves, completely ignored the refund request that should have been provided. His email signature has "no" contact details, phone, company etc...

Pros

The look and feel is decent and seems user friendly
