### "Fusion is easy to look at and learn to use. "

February 27, 2025

5.0

It has been easy to learn to use. I like it.

Pros

It is user friendly. The interface is easy to navigate and easy on the eyes (unlike an app like NetHealth which is overwhelming to look at).

Cons

There have been no cons to Fusion that I can see so far.

### "Good but not great"

February 21, 2025

4.0

The customer support is usually helpful. The cost is affordable. It's not as robust as other EMR's, but those other systems cost significantly more.

Pros

The cost is good for the features. I like the fact that you can see the actual claim to make changes if needed. I like the authorization reminders. I like the automatic email reminders. I like different colors on the schedule for different types of appointments.

Cons

There are not enough reminders. For example, we have created a separate spreadsheet to track POC signatures. There is the prescription reminder but that is different than a POC signature. We like the waitlist feature but we created another spreadsheet so we could hold more information than what is on the fusion waitlist. We put notes when we call and offer appointments so we can see at a glance that they have been offered appointments. We used to use the intake paperwork feature but many families could not figure it out. They would end up sending us blank paperwork. It would be nice from a patient standpoint to be able to fill out paperwork and hit 'submit' and not have to upload/download and then send back to fusion.

It was the owner's decision. I liked TheraOffice support better (I had a specific person assigned to our clinic that would help so I built a relationship with her). I believe they weren't happy with the documentation aspect, and also the claims are easier to submit with fusion.

### "Worst billing services "

January 2, 2026

1.0

.

Cons

This was hands down the worst billing experience I have ever had. I absolutely do NOT recommend ENSORA to anyone. Their billing team charged me for multiple months despite providing no services at all. I repeatedly tried to resolve this issue, but nothing was fixed. To make matters worse, the manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] , was completely unresponsive and ignored my concerns. This company showed zero accountability or professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and do not use this service.

### "Good product for streamline work"

February 23, 2025

4.0

Overall, I have been happy with Fusion compared to other products. I find it more efficient than previous systems, but I think it could be more user-friendly.

Pros

Streamlines goals, documents, and daily notes, simplifying data collection and analysis. I love the way the forms look after completion, including when the graphs are included. I like the ability to build a goal bank and use quick phrases.

Cons

I wish the items could be edited and modified by the user, even for organization purposes (e.g. organizing the goal bank). It is also difficult for employees to access and see options for the goals and quick phrases (there is no communicating box that shows this pre-made information). I wish Fusion followed Med B documentation guidelines, including allowing managers to make certain fields required to ensure compliance.

Simple Practice did not communicate between goals, SOAP, and progress notes, making my documentation time-consuming. Having to cut and paste information also resulted in more errors.

### "Fusion Features"

February 24, 2025

4.0

Very good with call backs and written summaries of phone contacts for later review. Appreciate the friendly and polite voices and willingness to track down advice, if not able to occur within direct phone call. Good features and management system overall!

Pros

I really appreciate the note format, the ability to move from a summary to a fuller note quickly. This is fantastic for quick recording/less than 3 minutes. I love that billing to insurance companies is quick, there are automated alerts if an item appears missing or errant. I love the way; I can pull up a patient easily and refer to all of their documents/DOS. I like the automated integration of remits.

Cons

I wish we could add more tests to fill-in evaluations/Progress Note: REEL, Rosetti Reoccurring schedules could be made for a set week AND day of the month, ie 1st Monday of every month or 1st/3rd Tuesday, ect. It would be helpful for 2ndary billers to be able to see the original remittance from the primary payor; when reviewing claims; as many are requesting this; and, while we can manually print, it would be best if it could occur electronically and simultaneously with 2nd payer submission. Wish they had a intro billing option for smaller/starting businesses with caseload managements less than thirty.

### "Fusion review"

February 20, 2025

4.0

Overall pretty good. The therapists love it!

Pros

I LOVE the look of the reports, the ease of documentation, and how Fusion is set up to make documentation quick and easy.

Cons

It feels really clunky. There are things that should be easy but are not. For example, when we added a location to our offices, we tried to add the location to existing clients who had set appointments in a series. As part of that series, their re-evaluations were pre-scheduled. When we changed the location, it erased the re-evaluations. Things like that should not be happening and make using Fusion really frustrating. We also are very frustrated that Fusion will not allow integration with any other software. We wanted to integrate with TimeTap as part of a larger patient experience and ease-of-scheduling package, but Fusion would not allow the integration. We are considering changing EMRs because of this. I'm sure it's because Fusion wants everyone to pay for those features through them, but it feels like you are keeping your clients handcuffed and intentionally limiting their potential and making things more difficult for them. You need to allow people the freedom to add different APIs that will make work-flow easier, even if it is from outside companies. Your clients will not leave- they will appreciate you more for it. Also, the billing side of Fusion is really difficult. You need to get with a few billers who can offer suggestions on how to make it more user-friendly. I even had a biller that wouldn't work with me because I use Fusion.

### "Adequate But Could Be Amazing"

February 20, 2025

4.0

Overall, it is a better system than the previous EMR our company used. There are still many areas for growth however. It would be great to see a customizable WIP (Work In Progress) List to keep track of active charts for insurance auths/intake paperwork needed or expiring/signed document missing or needing attention/etc. It would be great to have a central, editable list such as this to go in a mark completed for specific items, instead of searching through every active chart. My reference for this would be previous experience using another EMR system called OPIE Patient Management.

Pros

The amount of customizable features for reports are extremely helpful.

Cons

The amount of new feature roll-outs that don't acknowledge the many suggestions and inputs on the Fusion Help site are a dismay and is often frustrating, feeling like ideas are pointedly missed. Many features that do end up being added in, are often extra cost, despite already paying premiums for the Fusion EMR.

### "Disappointing Flexibility and Customization Options, But Useful Data Access"

February 20, 2025

3.0

Overall, I appreciate Fusion Web Clinic for some of its features, but its lack of flexibility makes it hard to fully rely on for all of my practice’s needs. I’m hoping for an update that will allow for more customization and user-driven changes in the future.

Pros

I appreciate being able to pull tables for data tracking. However, I’d like to see the option to include more granular data, like the date/time stamp and the username. This would help me track actions more precisely and streamline workflows.

Cons

Disappointing Flexibility and Customization Options I’ve been using Fusion Web Clinic for a while, and I’m honestly disappointed with the lack of customization options, especially when it comes to field names. The inability to change or define additional fields is a major drawback. In my practice, I’ve had to resort to using fields that we don’t even use for tracking basic patient details. For example, I’ve had to repurpose certain fields to track patient status, sub-status, flagging purposes (for review), and referral dates. This workaround isn’t ideal and feels like a limitation of the system. It would make a huge difference if Fusion allowed users to define their own fields or modify the existing ones to better fit their needs. ### "Easy to Use, with a few opportunities for improvement"

February 18, 2025

4.0

It has been a great first experience with EMR.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the system overall. The look is not overwhelming. The ease of documenting, searching claims, setting up new accounts, etc. are all helpful. Please note my critique below is not meant to be negative, but rather opportunity for improvement and just notes on how some components could be cleaned up to better serve the purpose.

Cons

1\. How the goals are set up. There is so much confusion for the goals that have been achieved, but we need them to show up on an updated POC (Progress Note), so we can document that they were achieved, so we cannot archive them. But there is so much confusion with goals that appear before the start date of the new POC and the ones that don't get archived at the end of the POC. There should be a start and end date for every goal. If we are carrying that over to the next POC, that should be an option. Our goals often look disorganized because of the transition with POCs/Progress Notes. 2. That you are unable to make any adjustments to an appointment after it is checked in without having to delete the document. It would be great if there was a way to override, if a claim has not yet been submitted. 3. That you are unable to provide an attachment for a secondary claim. We have to file secondary claims manually, since they require the primary EOB.

We have been with Fusion for 4 years and if the hassel was not so great to switch to other EMR we would possible switch to allow for more flexible cost with personnel being added, ease of adapting our eval sections to fit us more.

Pros

We like the daily documentation is user friendly and geared towards pediatrics

Cons

That it won't sync to my personal gmail calendar for visits scheduled. That reports are easily programmable. Data type is not flexible, not able to build our own for example MMT 3-/4 2+/5 etc. doesn't allow for use to adapt to our needs The price continues to go up, we shouldn't have to pay extra fees for admins/schedulers and billing individuals to access our account That screens for scheduling can be small and not see all therapist the entire day or week.

### "Mostly satisfied. "

February 14, 2025

4.0

Overall, we’ve been satisfied with fusion.

Pros

Ease of billing, tracking for auths/scripts/reports, task list, messaging, faxing documents

Cons

Insights reports are difficult to customize and generate. Resources needs to be in a section accessible to everyone not just admins to add resources. Sign off rules should be more customizable by user (or soaps vs reports). Also once a report is started the appointment can’t be edited. We’d like them to be more separated so we can still generate the report or start it ahead of the appointment time but then still reschedule the appointment if needed. Also, adding fees for texting after we had already come on board with this feature included was frustrating. We’d also like to be able to fax patient files rather than just documents.

I have used Fusion since we opened our clinic in 2016. We started with only the documentation/scheduling option. We added the billing functions in September of 2024. I have had some of my recommendations/suggestions added/changed but others that are very important have not been added/changed.

Pros

The pediatric specific information already in Fusion.

Cons

The slow nature of the response time. Frequently when I switch to another section, it will skip up or down to a different section and then I have to scroll back to find it. Also, frequently, when I go to search for a patient, I will start to type their name and then it will refresh and take out what I have already typed.

### "Fair EMR with limitations"

In general, we have been happy with the day to day tasks that must occur like writing daily notes and scheduling. We have not been as happy with other aspects such as inability to share statements through the patient portal without signing up for billing through fusion, inability to pay PT for a PT therapist, inaccuracy of certain reports, inability to run certain reports, inaccuracy of letting us know when children are due for evaluations.

### "Horrible fusion, they won't cancel my contract even though its been a year "

February 13, 2025

1.0

Horrible besides scheduling. They do not make patient accounts functional and I am losing money and adding more work causing me to lose money. On top of that they make you put each cat code in and amounts of money. I had therapists leave my clinic and it messed up my notes/documentation. As an admin iu should era able to fix what ever I want. You guys have severely hurt my business and I will never ever reccomend fusion after tuning a practice with you guys and then to not allow me to cancel. Trust me you are not going to get more customers if you can figure this out. You are hurting my practice so much.

Pros

The scheduling I think it is great that I can look at multiple therapists schedules at once

Cons

Everything. My company is struggling and fusion is hurting my practice and I reached out to cancel and change to help save my practice and there is like NO way to contact anyone and someone responded and said I have to be stuck until next February. I am literally struggling and it is hurting my practice and spoke to multiple people and they agree that it is not user friendly. I Have told several people not to come to you guys. I am changing to simple practice as it's functional and I can change whatever as an ADMIN. and I will take all of my therapists off. ### "Fusion for Wonder"

February 14, 2025

4.0

We really like fusion overall as it is easy to navigate and helps us to stay compliant with documentation and billing.

Pros

It’s user-friendly and comes with just about anything that you could need for a private practice. We do our own billing and fusion has been easy to navigate from start to finish with generating claims all the way to adjudication of claims. Notes are also easy to complete with standard soap note format.

Cons

### "Pretty good"

February 14, 2025

5.0

I like it overall. It is good to have the generated reports when someone is checked in.

Pros

Streamlined, adding of tests, the layout of the reports.

Cons

Faxing coverpage that has signature already there and easier ability to see sent faxes; ability make personalized eval templates within the current membership & coding of non-timed codes, this really does not make sense for ST. I also wish it had the ability to have self-generated profile fields, we have to do all sort of strange things to be able to pull reports for our practice.

### "Multi Discipline Practice Experience with Fusion"

February 18, 2025

4.0

Overall we have been happy with Fusion as a whole due to the fact that we like the daily documentation and report writing side of things, but we do not feel that the billing side of the product is as user friendly as it should be.

Pros

The templates and work flow for notes makes sense for pediatric therapy. The functions to carry forward information are also very helpful.

Cons

### "Overall a very easy to use system."

March 19, 2025

4.0

Overall I really enjoy Fusion and would recommend it to other providers. This is the system that I was first trained on as a pediatric practitioner and I felt that it was very easy to learn and helped me develop my notes further.

Pros

I like... - that it is very user friendly. Making it easy to learn and easy to use as a provider. - I like that as a provider you have the ability to access multiple areas of Fusion but that it also can be limited to only having to needed information and areas.

Cons

\- I feel like there are frequently issues causing Fusion to be slow or unable to be used for prolonged periods of time. - I wish that the ability to use Fusion on mobile devices was more user friendly. It is very hard for me to access Fusion on my phone at home and I am unable to look at multiple schedules at a time.

### "User-Friendly for Therapy, Challenging for Admin"

February 19, 2025

4.0

Overall, my experience with Fusion has been mixed. While the therapy side is well-designed and customer support is great, the administrative side needs significant improvements. I hope to see future updates that enhance the functionality and reliability of the system for front-office operations.

Pros

What I like most about Fusion is its excellent customer service. The support team is always responsive, answering my questions promptly, and if they don’t have an immediate answer, they make sure to follow up. Additionally, the therapy side of the program is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

What I like least is the administrative side of the system. After using Fusion in the front office for eight years, I have not seen any significant improvements. There are still many opportunities for errors, and the system lacks the updates needed to improve efficiency and accuracy.

### "Good for the Therapist, Bad for the Admin"

February 13, 2025

3.0

Fusion is wonderful for the therapist, terrible for the admin. The administrative tools are very clunky and in some cases nonexistent. Further Fusion allows for no practical customization of its portal or functions to suit the individual business. The end result of this is: if you aren't running your clinic in the way Fusion envisions, it features often become obstacles to work around rather than tools. Fusion is a wonderful foundation in its current state. If Fusion was as good for the admin as it is for the therapist, it would be the best therapy EMR on the market by a wide margin. As it stands though it falls short

Pros

Fusion is very good for the individual therapists, with quick phrases and document templates that make writing daily notes simple. The integrated fax system to send documents to PCPs within the portal is also extremely helpful. The document tab is also very helpful for keeping up with notes that either need to be completed or signed

Cons

Fusion has no integrations with other HIPPA compliant applications, this makes several tasks extremely tedious. Appointment confirmations are difficult and require downloading the schedule in a .csv file and uploading to an appointment messaging and confirmation system. The same goes for the Fusion reports, which are rudimentary at best. The tools provided in Fusion to organize and interpret the data often miss the mark and so said data must be exported to a different program to be useful. The is also a noticeable lack of anything resembling an audit log to see who and when a schedule is changed, patient moved, document edited, etc.

### "Fusion Review 2/24/25"

February 24, 2025

4.0

Overall, I love using Fusion, I just wish there were modifications to make the program more comprehensive without the added cost.

Pros

Easy for my therapists to learn and easily document sessions

Cons

There is a lack of cohesiveness with regard to the intake process. Fusion is one of the most expensive platforms out there for OT/ST use and yet we are expected to pay extra for intake paperwork. Also, the fact that I pay full price for many of my team members who only use it part-time is a huge cost burden.

support has been good but at times its not easy to navigate

Pros

ease of use particularly the billing section

Cons

controls in place that are not user friendly like not allowing back dating notes. with no access to computers when in therapy notes get jotted down then transcribed later so it looks like the notes are written way later than they actually were.

### "Fusion Review "

5.0

Fusion is a wonderful platform for case check in and scheduling as both a clinician and program coordinator for my agency. I found it very useful in tracking client data and the data of staff. With improvements like easy search options for domains or resources and adding in an excel sheet type option would be a plus!

Pros

I enjoy the versatility of it and the many domains where I can locate notes, intake, resources, and patient information.

Cons

Sometimes finding certain domains or items can be a challenge. For my agency we rely on using an excel sheet to keep track of staff caseloads and perhaps it’s because I am not too well versed in Fusion for adding an excel sheet/staff caseload of clients on Fusion, however, that would be a benefit to have a list or sheet to add on Fusion of patients/staff caseloads.

### "User-Friendly and easy to manage"

February 19, 2025

4.0

Fusion works really well for our clinic and our team is really happy with it.

Pros

Fusion is the most user-friendly EMR system that I've used. Even with in-house billing, we can contact the Fusion billing team to ask questions and get help. Responses always come within a timely manner. The in-take forms in the patient portal has simplified and streamlined that part of the in-take process.

Cons

Some of the insights aren't as functional as they could be and I'd really like to run reports based on Deductible and Out-of-Pocket amounts but can't. It would be nice if Fusion tracked the initial creation and then any changes with patient files and their scheduling, such as who moved the appt., when it was moved, etc. Tracking communication with families, linked in the patient file for emails sent (invoices and appt. reminders), texts (appt. reminders) to make it easier to pull up the billing contact history for families.
