Basically an awesome product, quick to respond to issues, and very friendly. Love Kathy & Emily (Derek is ok too, lol). Wish the accounting portion of the software was as efficient as the rest of it, but love the fact that they are constantly "tweeking" it to accomodate needs.

Fusion is user friendly. The program is laid out nicely and for the most part self-explanatory. As an administrator and therapist, I have had very few issues with the program. When issues do arise, staff is readily available to get back to me to help me out.

Fusion has greatly made documenting much more efficient and manageable. I absolutely love the to-do list because it helps keep me organized. I also love the graphs that instantly show patient's progress. Fusion has been a great asset to my practice!!

I like that Fusion has billing incorporated in the program and you don't have to use 2 seperate programs. The only con I can think of is that we are in AZ and sometimes we have to wait for a response.
