This system is very user friendly for scheduling, writing reports and uploading and sharing documents.

Pros

I like that keeps track of my outstanding and completed daily notes. It gives me reminders of dues dates for progress reports and annual re-evaluations. The calendar is easy to use and super helpful in keeping me organized. The clients report that the reminders are an effective tool for keeping everybody on time/ track.

Cons

When I'm writing an assessment, I often go out to the preview mode so I can see all that I've written. I don't have any major complaints. I like it better than the last system we used.

Cons

Lack of integration with our ABA services. Also, it is an expensive service as you pay per therapist on the service.

### "A Great Documentation System"

Overall, I genuinely enjoy and think it is the best documentation system I have ever used.

Pros

I love that is so user-friendly and makes it easy to access documentation for multiple disciplines.

Cons

One problem I've had is that sometimes a note will randomly get kicked back after I have signed off on it and the data has been deleted. It doesn't happen often, but is odd when it does. Additionally, once I archive or discharge a goal, it still appears on the client's daily note, which makes it difficult to tell what goals are still relevant if multiple therapists are treating the same client.

It's a solid program that allows me to easily schedule and document.

Pros

I like that you're able to schedule patients easily. I also like that there are many pre-made templates available

Cons

I wish there was a function where you could document telephone encounters and have a better way to highlight 'notes' (important messages) for patients. I wish I had to ability to customize templates a little more

Pros

I like how nice the reports look and how well intake forms input into the client portal area. I love the billing side and being able to create invoices and make payments with ease.

Cons

That the note templates are not customizable. For our clinician working with 2-5 year olds who are autistic we need to use specific areas that just don't need all the drop downs and section you have set. We make ti work but it would be easier if we could customize. Also quickphrases should be able to be added from documents by all roles.

Overall, I give an okay as far as user friendly documenting goes.

Pros

I like the ability to pull forward previously documented information to the next note or progress note. The scheduling features are pretty good overall also.

Cons

I wish there was more capability to pull forward frequently used phrases. It is also annoying to have to go back into the patient's profile from the scheduling page, and would be nice to have access from the documentation pages (i.e. as I am typing in the patient's note). I also would love if there was a feature that allowed you to bring forward some of the findings/tests and measures from evals/progress notes into the daily note itself.

It has been a steep learning curve for myself and numerous other staff/clinicians. It's lack of intuitive features. It seems there is a lot of steps to do in order to complete a simple task.

Pros

The scheduling calendar, the auto reminder for parents, the charting/notes template and the chat feature.

Cons

1\. The inability to share reports more than once. 2. The inability to add a table to a report template. 3. The goal criteria does not show up in the final goal/report. You put it in the goal section but it does show up in that way.

Overall, this is pretty great for an EHR system. It is much easier to use than most.

Pros

The quick use of inputting information for each client and the capability of moving the icons easily on the home page to different appointment slots.

Cons

The confusion when it comes to moving clients to inactive. When I receive the referral, I automatically put it into the system to keep track of documentation, but when clients decide to not come for some reason or another, it makes it difficult to remove them from the referral or active list when they will not be coming.

Overall, it is a decent application. I've used upwards of 20 different platforms across radiology, oncology, therapy and eye care and I'd say that is one of the most user friendly, but lots of steps/places for info to hide. I have put some very brief notes in daily notes to come back later to write my actual note when I have time and it seems that they often disappear which is very frustrating.

Pros

I like that the schedule is generally easy on the eyes for clinicians. I like that I can have access to other schedules in the clinic. The message feature with other staff and patients in convenient.

Cons

Scheduling seems cumbersome, lots of steps and lots of places to input info. I wish the documentation had some easy drop down or fill in options to make charting easier. I especially loathe the progress note section. It takes me WAY too long to fill in all of the blanks on a document that I don't have time to complete so I end up doing in on my own personal time. Having an embedded Ai would be great to help with writing notes quickly with the ability to add in extra additional details (like Freed Ai).

Pros

Streamlined documentation process is great! The on demand help feature is also very helpful.

Cons

The layout of the main calendar view, it would be ideal if you could see your entire day at a glance without scrolling. The "hover" feature is also touchy.

It has overall been good, we like it better than simple practice although the price is substantially more.

Pros

Documentation time is dramatically reduced, Billing is easy to navigate, we can add a student to the schedule free of charge with a student credit.

Cons

The billing accounts are difficult to understand for our parents. It is hard to make a superbill

has been a great tool and made documentation easy. While there are areas of improvement, I think Fusion satisfies my documentation needs.

Pros

I think the user interface is very easy to navigate, and it is simple to input additional information, assessments, etc. I love the graphs to visualize patient progress.

Cons

If there are two therapists assigned to the same patient, but only 1 treating therapist, I don't like that I still get notification about monthly progress notes. I wish there were more options for smart-phrases and drop down lists.

Overall, I believe has helped myself and my company be more efficient and better organized with our documentation. It also gives us a HIPAA compliant method of communication.

Pros

I like that everything is in one place and easy to locate when needed. I also like that I can fax reports to doctors from anywhere I am located.

Cons

When writing reports, I do not like that the text boxes don't expand (or that I cannot see the whole text at once) so that I can easily see and edit what I typed. I also struggle with the reassessment goals. I have not figured out how to reset the data tracking, other than archiving all the goals each time and starting fresh.

Overall it is an easy platform to use Would recommend, would highly recommend if the few changes I suggested were added

Pros

Like being able to pull forward information from previous documents, seeing every ones schedules at once

Cons

It would be helpful to have option to put a name into the schedule for whoever made changes to the schedule, i .e. to shows somewhere who scheduled the patient or who moved the visit, being able to add picture of patient would be helpful as well
