It has been among the easiest EMRs to learn. I have learned about 8 different ones so far, and this one is relatively therapist-friendly.

Pros

The organization of is very straightforward, I like how the SOAP notes are formatted and the ease of creating appointments.

Cons

Lack of ability to add "supervision" documentation, lack of noting if a session was cancelled but made up (preset could be "Cancel - re-scheduled) instead of making it completely cancelled. There are also a lot of subsections in the eval documentation. It would be more helpful to be able to choose the topic and supplemental information that we want to include - for example, "Reflex integration" is the topic, and then we click on the specific items we want (i.e., ATNR, STNR, PRN) instead of pulling everything through onto the assessment. It gets messy.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with . I previously used Fusion at another job.m, but started my practice with another EMR. I quickly realized the other EMR just couldn’t live up to what I had with Fusion so I made the switch.

Pros

Pediatric assessment templates, billing integration, admin insights, document management.

Cons

Unable to customize email/text reminders to patients.

is better suited for practices with clinic locations and front desk staff. We had difficulty completing tasks on the go and did not find the interface to be particularly user-friendly.

Pros

is optimal for billing with insurance companies.

Cons

As a mobile practice, we were unable to access key charting features on the go which made scheduling and charting quite challenging.

My overall experience with has been great. There are a few minor aggravations but nothing substantial.

Pros

I like the ease of use. Its a very straight forward program that is easy to use and learn.

Cons

I dislike not being able to pull a running appointment list without having to go through several steps that also makes me take all my providers off. I also dislike that appointments stay on even as a shadow when being canceled.

Pros

The ability to copy forward. The ease of entering data!

Cons

Goal writing is challenging in some aspects. Writing discharge summaries, especially the goal update.

Overall, there is a learning curve and then after that it’s pretty smooth for daily notes. For evals I don’t love it

Pros

The “pull forward” and the easily accessible HEP library

Cons

1\. find the evaluation template slows my report writing down. It does not align with my personal flow. There are many options for where to put informing, but I need to reinvent the wheel for each report. I’d love to be able to pull a whole report template forward 2. The time-in time-out areas. There must be a way to autofill that. Every second counts when you are expected to have notes done by end of work day at the latest

It's the first and only intake program I've used, but I really enjoy it. The schedule is easy to read, adding in new appointments is easy and so it being able to look up the patient by their phone number.

Pros

It's user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

I don't care for the billing design for our patients. Sometimes their statement is a bit difficult to read on whether or not it's up to date

Good! has been my favorite system I've used in healthcare

Pros

is easy to use, I like how you are able to customize it. It is user friendly.

Cons

This is a small thing but it would be nice if there was a way could notify us of of client's birthdays- since we work with children. Additionally, the hover feature does not work great- when I try to hover over a client to click on say their profile, it takes me at least 3 tries each time to get the hover feature to stay up

We have been using for 10 years and have really enjoyed the usability and functions that it affords every member of our staff.

Pros

The ease of use for therapists and admin

Cons

The billing system- difficult to understand often. The fact that the International Phonetic Alphabet cannot be included in our evaluation reports for SLPs. We cannot customize our reminders for patients (no Spanish option).

The system is very easy to use. However, the authorization section is very frustrating and has caused us to lose revenue because it does not turn red when the date expires. It is also expensive.

I like the reminders text and email reminders it sends clients

I least like that the authorization section only turns red when you run out of session but not if the actual date expires

I have found it to be helpful in writing notes quickly, and I think having the notes broken down by goal makes treatment easier as well.

Pros

It is very user-friendly and makes writing notes much quicker. I love the pull forward function.

Cons

It was somewhat challenging to learn at first because it's a somewhat unique software. Also, it can be confusing to keep track of all the features and what they do.

I would describe my experience as mostly positive with a few frustrations.

Pros

Keeping track of my schedule and being able to code type of appointments as well as billing and note writing

Cons

It is difficult to view past notes. You have to exit out of your daily note to view previous notes. Would be nice if you could view all previous notes more easily and quickly from the same screen as your current daily note. I have also notice that some of the speech evaluation report templates are missing sections that I would include (e.g., CAAP-2 is missing a section to describe cluster and multsyllabic word errors) .

Pros

It is pretty user friendly. Quick response time.

Cons

I do not like the changes that have been made regarding type of service being indicated. Example you have a speech kid and you have to schedule an NP eval. If you do not have the NP indicated in their profile you have to go back to their profile add the NP to the profile before you can schedule.

I'm very happy with it overall. It's pretty streamlined which is an absolute must in our field.

Pros

It's very organized and dependable. It's rarely crashed on me. I don't think I've ever lost work due to a issue.

Cons

I'd like it to have the following functions: To be able to insert a fraction into the data box on goals and have it generate a percentage (to save time having to calculate it yourself). A way to send patients a link to see your availability. A way to get to the patient profile without having to close the note or report that you're working on.

I think it speaks a lot of things that I have a hard time thinking of things I don't like about . I wish that there was an app to keep on my phone to view my schedule with simplicity.

I like scheduling and mastery tracking for goals. Ease of taking data week to week.

Cons

It's hard to look at the schedule and know exactly what each appointment is for. We provide several different programs and classes and we have to look by billing code for what's what.
