Comments: the product is really innovative as includes all the benefits all reps and managers are expecting for: easy to use, mobile friendly, consistent with the top sales methodology being an easy way to self qualify the deal evolution. The product is joung and despite 90% of the expected features and functions are already up and running others have to be implemented. The team is dynamic and efficient so will be only a matter of time cover the 10%.

built for mobile - the ipad but also has a web/desktop app
dynamic modelling of the buying process mapped to sales stages to truly represent what is actually going on during the sales cycle per the opportunity. The perfect mix of good process with flexibility for each opportunity
Collaboration of sales teams is simple and keeps everyone up to date on tasks and the timeline

Cons
some of the capabilities are a bit hidden until you work with the system
You need to truly understand complex selling environments to get the full use of the playbook, but once you do - this con turns into a pro
