Logging on, getting instant quotes, booking, getting the labels and documents together, and finalizing the shipment takes minutes at most, with most of the headache from shopping around for quotes completely removed. I can't recommend this software enough. No more 3PLs bothering you, this neutral TMS platform solves everything. **Pros:** Freightview has allowed us to consolidate all our LTL freight quotes into one, easily viewable page, allowing us to choose what is best for our client, whether that is the best value, the fastest carrier, or something in between. Customer support has been phenomenal, and all my emails and issues get resolved the same day. Invoicing is easy to view, navigate, and notice discrepancies, and enabling email notifications on pickups has allowed me to ensure I ALWAYS know when a carrier has missed the pickup. It's a great, secure platform, with little to no bugs or issues, and is a fantastic way to manage your freight orders. **Cons:** My biggest, and possibly only, caveat about Freightview is that I cannot validate residential or commercial address with the system itself.
