The crew at Soleran has gone above and beyond to support all of our projects as well as our day-to-day use of the platform. Cons Their report function is wonky and not the easiest to navigate. Fortunately their people step in and set up the reports as needed. The Reports feature is what I would like to see improvements in. Pros Product set-up is easy and quick. Product is easy to use and allows us to track deficiencies in different ways. Product automatically sends out emails and work order requests which saves me a lot of time. Support feature is wonderful, they respond quickly to questions and requests. Cons Reporting feature. Difficult to create reports with accurate information. Have to always reach out to support for their assistance. When reviewing deficiencies and wanting to go back to previous page, it does not, it takes you to the tab home page (time consuming). They are the best! Pros eMediTrack is user friendly and easy to use. It offers numerous ways to filter information. You can create simple reports which is really nice. And you can make edits to records quickly either individually or a mass edit. It's internet based and is always available! I like the various modules and how the modules interface with each other.
