Soleran has many different tools that helps to make day to day healthcare operations manageable. Highly recommended product. Cons At this point in time we don’t have any cons. A few suggestions that may help improving the product in the future could be, the scheduling capabilities and drop down category selection capabilities. Again, highly recommend product. I believe that they are passionate about providing a quality product and industry-leading service response. Pros Local service and responsiveness, adaptability of the software. We have been using the platform for over 10 years and use multiple different functions. It has helped deal with multiple different issues that we have experienced and improved our productivity immensely. Pros The support! The crew at Soleran has gone above and beyond to support all of our projects as well as our day-to-day use of the platform. Cons Their report function is wonky and not the easiest to navigate. Fortunately their people step in and set up the reports as needed. I love how the software can give you an realistic view of how your facility is performing. Pros The Compliance Dashboard is easy to use and gives an overview of all of our compliance documentation. Cons Navigating the software can get difficult. There needs to be drop boxes so that the navigator can navigate with ease. If you have any issues and just good people. Pros Ease of use and the fact that it allows you to do task faster. The ability to use the system to submit work order is amazing. Cons Sometimes - things just don't make sense with the set up. That is why it is important to have open communication with the support team about what works and what does not. The Reports feature is what I would like to see improvements in. Pros Product set-up is easy and quick. Product is easy to use and allows us to track deficiencies in different ways. Product automatically sends out emails and work order requests which saves me a lot of time. Support feature is wonderful, they respond quickly to questions and requests. Cons Reporting feature. Difficult to create reports with accurate information. Have to always reach out to support for their assistance. January 24, 2022 5.0 The support staff has always been helpful and courteous along with their speed in remedying emergency issues quickly is greatly appreciated. They are the best! Pros eMediTrack is user friendly and easy to use. It offers numerous ways to filter information. You can create simple reports which is really nice. And you can make edits to records quickly either individually or a mass edit. It's internet based and is always available! I like the various modules and how the modules interface with each other. I can easily search for what I need or create new items. It's also easy to import/export information. Their customer support is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Cons It's not as intuitive as some software, so it had bit more of a learning curve. It is, however, very logically structured, so once you learn it, you can maximize it easily.
