Pros: Easy to use

Easy to customise whenever we would like

Great Support when were having issues

Great that we can link as many devices as we would like

Cons: Would love a back office section. E.g scheduling, stock take, data, employee sales etc

Thanks so much for your review! Regarding stock control, we do actually have this feature since the last release in May :-) please email your sales representative to get more info.

If you have any feature requests please do contact support. We have a long queue of features to bring in, but if any customer gives gives us an up-vote on a particular request we can bump it up the queue.

Pros: The amount of drop down buttons how detailed you can make each item also the statistics at the end of the day/week

Cons: People found it difficult to use for the first time it took weeks to get your head round it but it is 100% worth it in the end

Overall: Straight forward ordering. The customer service is also great!

Pros: This software has been a huge help in managing guest experience at the restaurant. There are many features that help book welcome and serve guests.

Cons: I wish there was a little more user friendly in terms of when i just started using the software it was difficult for me to understand how to find my way around.

Comments: At first I thought the pricing was too high for my Cafe (it's the same price, apparently, for all restaurants no matter what the size) .

Company is small - but they're responsive and always helpful.

I was after a simple EPOS, and Epicuri covers all the bases - and more. My customers can order takeaways from their phones at no extra cost to me, which is great.
