I felt supported, understood and appreciated the possibility of screen-share training. Thank you! Pros Easy to set up and use due to comprehensive help section. Any customizations not listed would be attended to by support team efficently and timely. Cons When the product gets set up in a certain currency and membership levels have been created, it is currently not possible to change currency easily. February 8, 2023 5.0 Every time I have had a need, I have found that they already have a solution in place. Pros It does everything that I need it to especially integrate with my website for membership directory, events, membership management and unique documentation - all managed by the member in the website behind a login while allowing me to manage the details from inside the software tool. The customer support is also personal, fast and effective. Cons Membership management is complex for us and learning all of the details of the software takes some time, but the customer support makes that an extremely minimal problem. August 24, 2017 4.0 Great-looking website, ability to track membership, ability to start a blog, sign-ups for events, addition of donations, ability to link to payment gateway and mailing platform. Pros It has allowed us to do everything we need, and more, for our new organization that had to start operating on a shoestring. It allowed us to easily create a professional website with great functionality. The customer support is quick, responsive, friendly and effective. Cons The fact that I have to ask my teenaged kids to help with the html :) There are aspects to the more advanced functionality that would be difficult to impossible for an average computer user. Pros We had been struggling over the last year with a different system, and MembershipWorks is a breath of fresh air. It's member-friendly, admin-friendly. Support is off the charts. Cons No complaints whatsoever. I will mention there are limited renewal notifications, (I think 10 at this writing) but that's still a lot and suits our needs just fine. Administrative Assistant Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Solution to our membership & event needs" March 31, 2017 5.0 Our non-profit is growing and our needs are changing. We were looking for something to take care of all our needs - membership database, renewals and event management/registrations in one place. MembershipWorks has been a great solution. Their customer service is amazing and very quick to respond and offer solutions, how to and even screen share learning opportunities. We're getting ready to roll out our annual conference registrations and can't wait for others to experience the ease of registering through this system. With price points to match any budget, we were able to get a good feel for the features and services with their free plan before committing to a monthly fee. And all our questions answered and support offered while on the free plan. Highly recommend as solutions for member management and event ticketing and registration. Pros extremely user friendly and amazing customer service and support. Cons None that I have found at this point. Wish I had found it sooner! " March 9, 2017 5.0 In the beginning, she walked me through how to use so many of the different functions that were a part of membership works to incorporate in the website I was building. THEN, somehow all of my files went missing through the host of my domain, but she came in and saved the day and recovered all of those files. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with the host company, and emailed her twice and she fixed the problem. She absolutely saved me!
