Nearly tripling the price to continue using it as we had for years prior was not acceptable to us. Pros Very reliable and easy to use time tracking and project management tool. Cons Greatly increased their pricing (nearly tripled) as features were added. And they limited how much historical data could be held in the system unless we signed on with the price increase. The additional features were not needed by us, so the ability to continue to use the tool and to have continued access to the data we had saved to it were held hostage to agreeing the price increase, even though the service we need did not include any of the new features. Although it might not fit larger teams, for small teams, it simplifies project management and helps keep everything organized. Pros Paymo is user-friendly, so I easily manage tasks, track time, and handle billing without needing to learn complex features for my small team. Cons Paymo is best for small teams, so it might not be as suitable if your team grows beyond 20 people. This makes me wonder what i will use if I hire more employees, but we shall cross the bridge when we reach there. It has made me and my team become incredibly efficient in understanding our time, figuring out roadblocks and solving issues faster. Cons I did not know that paymo had a desktop app, it gets a bit cumbersome to use the web version.
