Nearly tripling the price to continue using it as we had for years prior was not acceptable to us. Pros Very reliable and easy to use time tracking and project management tool. Cons Greatly increased their pricing (nearly tripled) as features were added. And they limited how much historical data could be held in the system unless we signed on with the price increase. The additional features were not needed by us, so the ability to continue to use the tool and to have continued access to the data we had saved to it were held hostage to agreeing the price increase, even though the service we need did not include any of the new features.
