Pros

The platform has the most required functionality for an insurance platform. Many of the mundane tasks designed in other systems are taken care of and with the right level of knowledge the platform has a broad scope for varied design and technical capabilities

Cons

The platform is designed for such a broad range of users that advanced users are limited in some areas. In addition there seems to be a lack of awareness on new features before release and relevant internal testing

Pros

Despite having relatively little experience in IT, I haven't felt restricted by this when using the software. It deskills the process of building and maintaining online insurance solutions to such an extent that you're only limited by the time you're willing to spend experimenting with the product.

Cons

There was a bedding in period where it took some time to understand how flexible the product is. UX is an area that we're still very reliant on Instanda for support, but the support they provide is always of the highest standard.
