### "An Absolute Must Have for Even the Smallest of Businesses"

This is a reliable, easy to use tool for even the smallest of businesses. It has bought a lot of value to us in terms of providing us with a secure program which has less errors, saves us time, provides improved visibility and clear staff communication (in real time) all of which serve to reduce the level of stress previously experienced with alternative scheduling methods.

Pros

I really appreciate the user friendly layout and simplicity of use that Rotacloud offers while providing an excellent array of tools for scheduling. As a smaller, independent, single location business we have not found a need for the pro functionality but it is nice to know it is there if we ever require it. Scheduling is no longer the chore it used to be since this program offers us multiple options for visibility together with some neat shortcuts to save time inputting. The customer service is above and beyond with quick response times, great tech support and lots of clear communication. Our staff find it easy to use too which is a definite bonus. Probably the best thing for us is that it offers great value for money which, as a hospitality business, is very much appreciated in a volatile, financial climate.

Cons

There is very little not to like about RotaCloud since the team are continuously striving to improve the functionality of the product. There are a couple of things that I would like to be able to do that currently the software doesn't support. One is to be able to apply the Leave Embargo tool to the Availability Tool to prevent staff from trying to find a loophole around that. It would also be nice to be able to modify the scheduling calendar to fit our monthly work cycle. We don't operate on a calendar month but rather are offset 22nd of each month to 21st of the next month. Neither of these are deal breakers for us though as the rest of the application is excellent. Finally, an "Undo" function for when I accidentally delete or overwrite existing published shifts or copy a month's worth of information incorrectly!!

Ease of use. The small, personal feel that the RotaCloud team offered (and still seem to have maintained to this day despite growing). The affordability/value for money in a world where this is key for small businesses

Very good and straightforward, the software is user friendly, value for money when you consider the time savings on planning rotas, and the customer service is great.

Pros

A time saver, straightforward scheduling software that allows the team to view shifts, request to change them and teach their annual leave. From a business perspective it saves hours of juggling rota planning, has a nifty document sharing and storage facility and builds in coatings for shifts. This allows forecasting of shift costs and supports budget setting, and reduces the time taken for working out staffing costs.

Cons

I don’t have any dislikes but would love to see more HR functions in the app. For example; template onboarding documentation.

Very good. When there have been issues the chat is well monitored and knowledgeable. Price is very good.

Pros

I reviewed and used for a period countless rota software and found RotaCloud the best for our needs in terms of ease of use functionality and price. It has everything that we need, rota, payroll, staff holidays, personal details and a log book for noting all staff issues

Cons

Probably nothing. Have asked that sick days be included in the payroll download but this is a minor issue.

We tried another company before which really put us off rota software however, as a small team we really wanted to streamline our processes and with some trepidation tried to find another provider. RotaCloud offered what we wanted and suits our small team. The staff love having all the data on their phones for hours worked and holidays. It makes booking and keeping track of holidays really easy and I also use RotaCloud to keep HR documents attached to each member of staff and log HR issues. We wouldn\`t be without it!

Pros

Easy to set up, easy to use and if any queries, easy to get an answer quickly! We wouldn\`t be without it!

Cons

I would have liked to have it linked to Sage Cloud Payroll however its not a problem and just takes a couple more steps to run the payroll.

Pros

Simple and intuitive. Customer service is very good, it’s easy to ask questions and get an answer. My staff like it and we manage quite a complex rota system with it.

Would like the option to add sleep shifts for carers within a late/sleep/early and different rates of pay for each section

Absolutely love it. Doing the rota use to be be a real pain and no one liked to do it. Now we can create a rota that is easy to see and keeps all the records along the way

Pros

Easy to use, a great way to plan staff. It makes creating a fair Rota so much easier. The back up assistance is 2nd to none. They are quick to respond and attentive

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. It makes make running a business so much easier. I have nothing bad to mention about this software

Pros

The ease of making a rota and the convenience for the team to see their rota on the app are the biggest benefits. One of the biggest benefits is the ease of annual leave and TOIL. I have just upgraded to the Pro version and am looking forward to all of those extras.

Cons

The cons are minimal because anytime I have found an issue, the team at Rota Cloud have either fixed it or listened (not just to me) and added it as a feature.

Pros

how easy in general it is to use , visually , and to manage . The system is great in allowing us to have rota's set up and find cover for sickness and holiday , and allows relief staff to take control of when thy work and easier to make contact with staff about shifts

Cons

one recent change to setting up shifts individually and updating them, the previous way was easier and more user friendly, the most recent update , takes a bit more 'faffing' around

It is a good tool to use for Rota management. It allows one flexibility to alter shifts in real time.

Pros

It's easy to use and understand. Reconciling shifts is also easy and straight forward. The ability to capture photos also helps in shift reconciliations.

Cons

Not being able to save Rota to print as a whole month. Currently you can only save it on a week by week basis. Also not being able to view only staff on leave the same way we are able to view all staff leave requests at a glance.

RotaCloud has streamlined our rota experience and made it easy to keep on top of staff shifts and hours! I haven't looked back.

Pros

Rota Cloud is so easy to use! I run a bar with a staff force of over 20 people and they all use it with no issues, claiming shifts, swapping shifts and booking holidays. Their customer service team are also really friendly and resolve any questions quickly, keeping you up to date every step of the way.

Cons

This is a hard one as I get on really well with RotaCloud.

Amazing, so easy to use and from day one the system has been unmatchable in our opinion.

Pros

Simple to use, and any issues are address or suggestions for changes are always taken onboard

Cons

not so much a dislike more a feature I would benefit from is if there was an option to bulk print rotas, for example we post our rotas 4 weeks in advance (they get posted due to this being the preference as they are not good with technology) at the moment I have to print every individual locations Rota for every one of the 4 weeks and doing this for everyone is just so time consuming, so if there was a way to bulk print chosen locations from a date to date that would be very beneficial but other than that I have no dislikes about the system at all.

Service and attention to my needs has been great and it has made managing our rota and payroll management so much easier, freeing up my time.

Pros

These ease of setup for both myself as the boss and for my team. It also allows the team to manage their shift swaps. Once I've set the shift pattern for any given day and assigned the shifts, I have peace of mind that any swaps will be within my desired shift pattern. I also have clear view of any holidays or days off booked when assigning shifts, which sometimes I missed using our old system.

Cons

I can't move the shifts around from the dashboard page. I'd like to be able to drag the shifts around on any given day.

My experience has always been good. The platform is mostly self explanatory but there is always back up from online support team who are super helpful and quick to respond.

Pros

It has really helped me in tracking my employees working hours and even monitor their absence. It makes it easier to understand my employees shift costs and manage them well,it's so amazing.

Pros

It is a very easy to use tool and I use it for arranging shifts and recording time. We no longer worry about staff looking or staffs showing up for the wrong shift, RotaCloud has our back. For the beginners this is what you need for effective in your work. It drives the productivity and efficiency of my business.

I haven't encountered major challenge so far.
