Pros

common sense attitude to all things connected with organising a rota, good customer support, easy to do long term rotas by copy and pasting

Cons

Would like it to be linked to the practice diary but I think that is happening soon. Occasionally some staff not getting their emails (possibly Hotmail accounts). Wouldn't mind, rather than having a greyed out shift when not published, a bolder colour. Also wouldn't mind a report for all open shifts rather than having to go through each branch week by week to check this.

We used to spend hours each month doing our rotas. One night we decided there must be a better way and we found RotaCloud. After our 14th day free trial it was an absolute no brainer and we have never looked back. Built to grow as you do and the guys are on hand to help with any questions you have at all. Every team member loves this, from sales staff to head office. I can't recommend this product enough and can't believe we used to manage with out it.

Easy to use and doesn't need too much learning.it is flexible and easy to access for all the staff, we use it as a T&A, we track leaves and extra hours. so far I didn't face any measure problem using this cloud solution.

Cons

customer report give the business more ability to generate report as per their needs.

Pros

Easy to use and the layout is nice and clean. The added benefit of having multiple sites is also very handy.

Cons

Selecting dates is really a pain at the moment as there is no way that I have found to be able to navigate months, past or future, with out having to select current week and use the forward or backward arrows to get to the desired date.

We have been using this software for 8 months now and I cannot recommend it enough, my business would struggle without it. It saves time and is really easy to use even without training. You can run reports that help to see many useful things such as cost of labour and hours used etc plus many more. If you ever get stuck or have a question the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. What can I say but thank god for Rotacloud!!

Cons

That it doesn't remind me of patterns of clients and when I forget one!!!

Pros

Using Rota Cloud has saved me a huge amount of time, not only that, I can see my staff costs at each location and department with ease.

Cons

The holiday entitlement doesn't always work as I would like i too, but overall very good.Would like to see public holidays on the calendar.

Help to reduce cost and time organising staff rotas . It also improves the communication channels especially when you employ a certain number of part time remote staff.

Cons

I find imputing the time format very time consuming and not very keen on the leave management functionality .

We needed to be able to ensure that staff are clocking in for shifts and clocking in and out for breaks. It has enabled us to ensure that we have the right people in at the right times as it is visual.

Pros

Simple and easy to use and custom to your business needs. Support is excellent if you have any questions and they are answered quickly there in no waiting for the answers. Easy for staff to use and they can install an app on their phone to enable them to manage their shifts and holidays and also to enable them to clock in once they arrive at work.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about this software I have found no issues and would highly recommend.

Rota writing is much less time consuming now and all staff members can see their shifts (and other colleagues) on their phones/computer. There is no paper involved anymore!

Pros

It is so quick and easy for staff to swap shifts (with approval), also they can be published from anywhere which makes keeping them done in advance really helpful.

Cons

Wages are paid on the last working day of every month and so sometimes this can take a while to work out as the calendar is set to monthly, but it works for us.

There is very little I don't like about the software. every time I've struggled with something, a quick message to support and it's handled straight away

Again, helps lighten the workload, cuts down on hours spent doing rotas, cuts down on payroll time. Cheap and easy to use. Easy to teach staff members how to use. Very well put together system. Highly recommend.

Pros

I think Rota Cloud is really quick and easy to use. The software is very straightforward and easy to explain to staff members. The app's available for staff members phones are great and once again easy to use.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any cons - Its easy, fast and reliable. Helps lighten the workload and frees up time to be used elsewhere. We would like to see a travel time feature added, as we pay mileage so this would be really useful.

Having rota cloud makes the overall system of rotas, holidays, sickness much more efficient. It allow us to plan in advance and share across multiple sites with ease.

Pros

The ease of use for working out holidays, sick pay etc. Being able to construct the rotas and move things around before publishing them for staff to see is a huge benefit, and makes the process a lot more efficient.

Cons

It isn't geared as well to salaried employees. It's brilliant for those who are paid hourly.

We used xcel previously. With RotaCloud in production (2 years in May 2017), it's one useful application. Users can install apps, get reminders, managing rotas is simple, just copy/paste weeks. If you have any questions, the support team always reacts fast. Can't fault the guys. They are doing a grand job!

Pros

It is easy to use, has loads of functions, cost for the software is reasonable. It allows staff to select shifts which saves management time organising rotas. The reporting module allows you to report on a number of different areas ( costs, leave, sickness etc).

Cons

We have been using the system for approx. 9 months, we haven't found any areas where the system needs improving and the support live chat is really helpful if you get stuck.

Pros

The layout is extremely clear, and even functions that you don't think you might use initially become more useful when you use the service more. The best thing is the amazingly speedy responses of the on call help team, so you can always figure out a new function you need quickly with their help. When they say a function is not yet possible quite often that not it is incorporated into their next update, which is very impressive.

Pros

I like that it's quite intuitive and easy to navigate. You can always go back and alter things if needs be. I've just started a new business and have 6 staff so needed something reliable for me and for them. It's great how they can book their own leave and arrange shift swaps which I get notified to approve. Having the live chat available with RotaCloud staff is also re-assuring in case I do need any assistance.

Cons

Some staff seem to have some difficulty with the clocking in clocking out facility, so it is incorrect on the system meaning I have to go back and manually update it

So the rostering of staff has become so much easier and also getting input/feedback on shift notes has really helped.. Online assistance has been great and its ease of use is great

Reason for choosing RotaCloud

I liked the template layout and how much you control you have to edit your rota.. Also the access that users have to notify you of there availability
