Sowohl die Bewerber:innen als auch wir als Unternehmen sparen Zeit und Kosten durch die Prozessumstellung in der Vorselektion von Telefoninterviews zu asynchronen Video-Interviews. Seit Anfang des Jahres nutzen wir Cammio auch verstärkt für unser Employer Branding. Hervorzuheben ist auch der tolle Support. Man hat regelmässig Meetings mit seinem Client Success Manager. In den Meetings werden auch andere Themen angesprochen, die nicht immer nur mit dem System zu tun haben (Share Best Practice, Employer Branding, etc.) Cons Die LIVE VIDEO INTERVIEW Funktion hat bei uns leider nie so richtig funktioniert.
