I can't recommend switching to it enough. Pros Not only does Typeform give me a fast level of customization and logic options, it also provides a modern and delightful experience for end users. It's extremely easy to begin using, with a very small learning curve compared to other platforms. Cons I've tried its AI form generation tool, and I love the idea of it, but my end results have been mixed so far. I'm sure it will improve, but I have to manually generate all of my forms for now. I've been using to create short surveys to gather opinions from my team and customers to collect their feedback/ideas. Pros I like its simplicity and performance. The dashboard is light and easy to use. The design is intuitive, though you may need some training to get started. Cons Some advanced features like tiered questions would be nice. However, this can achieved with some logic too. They can improve on design also. It looks so much better and especially using it with the artist for whom the look matters a lot, is just great. Cons Couldn't change font size or have a flow within the beginning and end that would allow me to customize the look and feel of the paragraph. When you discover it's part of your tech stack - you're excited. I love that. Pros Typeform is the best survey tool out there. It's easy to setup, fun to customize, and very enjoyable for users to fill out. I use it for technical challenges as well, and our applicants have mentioned they've enjoyed their experience as well. Cons It's quite expensive, but it's worth the cost for short campaigns. I wouldn't commit to paying for this long-term when there's many other tools in your tech stack that you need to account for. There's many free options out there like Google Forms, or slightly cheaper tools like Survey Monkey. The integrations with other tools we use have been a big plus, and being able to share results with the team is straightforward. Overall it's been a solid choice for our use case. Cons Honestly, for the way we use it, I haven't run into much I'd complain about. It does what we need it to do well. If I had to pick something, I'd say there's always room for more flexibility in customisation, but it hasn't been a blocker for us.
