It scales up and down so easily. Pros Typeform is so simple and easy to use for all types of surveys and data collection. The UX is clean and simple for the customers. Cons Customizing the templates can be a tad cumbersome but luckily most templates are nice-looking and functional "out of the box." It would just be nice to have an easy way to customize to better reflect my brand. I can't recommend switching to it enough. Pros Not only does Typeform give me a fast level of customization and logic options, it also provides a modern and delightful experience for end users. It's extremely easy to begin using, with a very small learning curve compared to other platforms. Cons I've tried its AI form generation tool, and I love the idea of it, but my end results have been mixed so far. I'm sure it will improve, but I have to manually generate all of my forms for now. Pros Easy to set up and to be able to easily move items within the form. Looking things up in the help sections was easier than I anticipated. Cons Couldn't change font size or have a flow within the beginning and end that would allow me to customize the look and feel of the paragraph. Need to make it clear that the link page at the end has limited customization. December 11, 2025 5.0 In sum, Typeform has assisted me in transforming random phone calls into online applications, thus I qualify auto transport leads in a shorter time and do not need to miss key car details. Pros I enjoy the fact that it is very easy to customize questions, create logic jumps and use a single link that can open something on a mobile phone when customers stand near to their cars. Cons I do not like that complicated structures are slow to edit and I am always conscious of response limits in case I exceed a limit in the middle of the campaign. The integrations with other tools we use have been a big plus, and being able to share results with the team is straightforward. Overall it's been a solid choice for our use case. Cons Honestly, for the way we use it, I haven't run into much I'd complain about. It does what we need it to do well. If I had to pick something, I'd say there's always room for more flexibility in customisation, but it hasn't been a blocker for us. But if you’re on a budget or need more control over design and structure, other form builders might be a better fit. Pros It is easily customizable and has beautiful design features. You can add images, videos, and logic jumps for a more personalized experience. It connects with tools like Zapier, HubSpot, and Google Sheets for automation. Cons The free plan is very limited, and paid plans can get expensive. The one-question-at-a-time layout is great for brief data collection or engagement but can feel tedious for longer surveys. Cons The format of Typeform is predefined. While in many cases it makes sense to have the page-by-page format, sometimes a scrollable format is required. For example, for tests or if you want to query a lot of information. So you need to have a second form builder at hand depending on the use-case.
