It scales up and down so easily. Pros Typeform is so simple and easy to use for all types of surveys and data collection. The UX is clean and simple for the customers. Cons Customizing the templates can be a tad cumbersome but luckily most templates are nice-looking and functional "out of the box." It would just be nice to have an easy way to customize to better reflect my brand. I think it is one of the strongest tools out there when it comes to creating forms that are not only functional, but also visually appealing and aligned with a more elevated brand experience. It is intuitive to use, the forms look beautiful, and the final result feels much more engaging for the person filling it out. That said, there are some limitations in terms of customization and layout that can be frustrating when you want more flexibility. In particular, the inability to place two questions on the same screen makes some flows feel less streamlined than they could be. Even so, my overall impression is very good, and I see it as a strong platform for anyone who cares about both design and user experience. Pros What I liked most about Typeform is the beauty of the forms and the overall design experience. The interface feels clean, modern, and very well thought out, which makes the forms much more engaging than traditional ones. It has a more premium and polished feel, and that really matters when you want the form to reflect your brand well. For me, Typeform stands out because it turns something usually quite functional and basic into something much more aesthetic and pleasant to interact with. Cons What I liked least is the lack of flexibility in the layout, especially the fact that I cannot place two questions on one screen. In some cases, that would make the experience more efficient and natural, particularly when the questions are short or closely related. Having to separate everything into individual screens can sometimes make the form feel longer than it needs to be. While I understand that this is part of Typeform’s style, I would really value having a bit more control over the structure and pacing of the form. However, when working with a high volume of projects or complex workflows, certain limitations become apparent. The lack of advanced organizational tools, such as drag-and-drop functionality for duplicating projects across folders, can slow down productivity. I think something similar happen with the absence of bulk editing options for text or global settings for slides that can make repetitive tasks more tedious. Pros It makes simple the creation of form with pre-made templates, renponsiveness and appealing layout. Cons What I liked least about Typeform is the lack of more advanced drag-and-drop options, especially for duplicating projects across different folders. For those of us working with a high volume of projects, having this feature would save a lot of time and make organization much smoother. Additionally, it would be great to have more text-editing options, such as bulk find-and-replace for words or phrases, as well as more global settings that apply to all slides instead of adjusting each slide individually. This leads to higher completion rates and a better user experience, especially when gathering in-depth data or feedback. We've been using Typeform for a couple years on multiple different platforms. It's a solid product. Pros The integrations are good, we use them a lot. We use integrations with Meta, Google, and also Make. They've been really solid. Cons Sometimes some of the responsive behavior isn't as it should be. I tried multiple integrations embedding in WordPress sites, and it's not that they don't work. It's just that some of the custom integrations sometimes don't behave as they should, but they still do work. Cons The format of Typeform is predefined. While in many cases it makes sense to have the page-by-page format, sometimes a scrollable format is required. For example, for tests or if you want to query a lot of information. So you need to have a second form builder at hand depending on the use-case.
