It's really solid. We've been using Typeform for a couple years on multiple different platforms. It's a solid product.

Pros

The integrations are good, we use them a lot. We use integrations with Meta, Google, and also Make. They've been really solid.

Cons

Sometimes some of the responsive behavior isn't as it should be. I tried multiple integrations embedding in WordPress sites, and it's not that they don't work. It's just that some of the custom integrations sometimes don't behave as they should, but they still do work.

Overall, our experience with Typeform has been fantastic and a great value for what we pay. We have been with Typeform for over 5 years now.

Pros

The easy user Experience is the most important factor we look for! It invites people to fill out the form.

Cons

The changes that were made over the years with Price vs. service and it’s understandable that it will happen with a company that grows over overtime.

Type form was pretty easy to use. We used their AI function once to develop a user feedback survey for a tech product in beta test which was cool. Some other forms we built our selves and it was easy to use

Pros

It's a really beautiful form builder that our users enjoy. It's also easy to collect and analyze data The question types are great too

Cons

We had some mailability issues when sending follow up emails directly from the platform. This can be mitigated by connecting it to another platform which we did

Pros

Typeform makes it really easy to build out questions, with a clean interface that doesn't require any technical knowledge to get going. The integrations with other tools we use have been a big plus, and being able to share results with the team is straightforward. Overall it's been a solid choice for our use case.

Cons

Honestly, for the way we use it, I haven't run into much I'd complain about. It does what we need it to do well. If I had to pick something, I'd say there's always room for more flexibility in customisation, but it hasn't been a blocker for us.

Very easy to use and a good product for feedback survey. The summary reports and notifications of people completing was great use

The ease of receiving a summary on all survey responses is fantastic and the creation of a finished report for issuance to wider public is great

Cons

Having to pay for additional features like email contacts to have survey go out to a wider audience was difficult to use

Pros

The ease of use, as well as the overall look and feel on the end user side. It looks so much better and especially using it with the artist for whom the look matters a lot, is just great.

Cons

It does take some time to work it out and to make sure you can get the best out of the software and utilise all of it’s features.

Generally very good! I'd absolutely recommend Typeform to other marketers. It's a good product, price is comparable to other survey software, and the user experience is generally very good!

Pros

Typeform has fantastic user experience options for both the backend and frontend user. It's easy to make a form that looks beautiful but is also highly functional and achieves what you want it to, whether that's collect audience opinions, direct your client to a specific product or service, skip over questions, etc. There are a range of question types that make it easy to collect the info you're wanting to collect in a meaningful way. Further, any time I've had issues or a question customer support has been quick with a thoughtful and helpful response. At one point they even re-enabled a feature on our account after it had been mass disabled for user and the change was affecting our internal staff workflows.

Cons

I appreciate the range of options available for overall form design, but it can be a bit of a letdown when you see something is only available to higher tier users. I hope Typeform doesn't strip back lower tier memberships too much as the continue to launch new features. I would also like the ability to have at least two questions per panel. I realize the "one question per panel" is a selling point of Typeform, but there are times when it would make sense to have two questions on a panel (e.g., rate this as one question followed by "explain why you gave that rating" as a follow-up). I also don't love the increasing push of AI features. At times it is thoughtful, but I played around with their "AI follow up question" feature and the question only made sense in relation to the previous question about 50% of the time. It was like it was trying a little too hard to create "good questions" and as a result veering into questions that were outside the scope of my goals.

Very smooth, I’ve had assistance from customer service before and that was really easy. I like the design features too.

Pros

Typeform is so easy and intuitive to use. I can make my workflows so much smoother with onboarding and other forms.

Cons

Price! It is an expensive product for a small business and every year I do seriously consider cancelling. A low cost option for small business would be good

Pros

Value for money, ease to use the platform. Very easy to set it up the way I want, for our needs. It has been great thus far. I was able to figure out the program with no training.

Cons

N/A - does a great job for what I need. The only thing I would say would be having the ability to customize the themes bit more.

Overall, my experience with Typeform has been very positive. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and makes form creation much more enjoyable compared to traditional tools. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed, and they usually answer quickly. I appreciate how simple it is to share forms and collect responses efficiently. It has been a useful tool for both personal and professional projects.

Pros

What I liked most about Typeform is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It is very easy to navigate, even for beginners, and creating forms feels smooth and efficient. I also enjoy the clean design and interactive experience it offers to users filling out the forms. The customization options are helpful, and overall it saves a lot of time when building surveys or questionnaires for clients or internal projects.

Cons

What I liked least about Typeform is that sometimes the design can feel a little too playful or casual, especially when trying to create forms for more professional or corporate environments. While the interface looks modern and engaging, I occasionally wish there were more formal templates and styling options available. Pricing can also feel a bit high depending on the features needed, especially for smaller teams or individual users.
