### "The way to make professional looking forms and surveys"

November 12, 2022

5.0

We love sending forms using Typeform. We've found that customers are more likely to fill out a survey or form when sent from Typeform rather than one of the competing products.

Pros

Typeform is so easy to use because it is intuitive. The look of forms and surveys can be customized, and they all have a clean look.

Cons

Unless you do a lot of forms and surveys, the cost can be an issue for a small company.

### "I could get my users fill more fields on the form"

September 23, 2018

5.0

I am really looking forward to their philosophy for changing the way people look at the forms.

Pros

I am a very potential free user of this platform. I have been using it since its early days. So the reasons I have been using it are: 1 - It brings the conversational flow on the forms. 2 - Best for Surveys. 3- It looks beautiful and elegent.

Cons

Not a cons but they might have this feature of saving partial data.

### "Very successful in preparing forms"

December 29, 2021

5.0

Among other form software, it is the software that works for me the most. Helped me validate my business idea.

Pros

It is possible to prepare stylish form pages in an incredibly fast time. I easily integrated it with a different system. It is very good not only in terms of design but also in terms of user experience. I don't even need a domain name. I can quickly prepare a form and publish it without my domain name.

Cons

More templates would be nice. When I see a form, it's not too hard to understand that it is a typeform. Design-wise, the general structures are very similar. More customization would be nice.

### "TypeForm Review"

September 14, 2018

5.0

If I am doing research frequently and at the end I want to analyze data using Data Science tools such as pandas, this is the most appropriate service I will use.

Pros

● Very nice user interface. I have never filled forms that are as organized and beautiful as typeform forms. ● Navigation through the form is very easy and can be done in multiple ways. ● I love the fact that there is an API where all responses can be accessed and thus analyzed independently.

Cons

● Expensive. For one time users, you must upgrade the account to access more features even if you are going to use the services for a short period of time.

### "Absolutely BEAUTIFUL forms - but not the best solution for everyone"

February 16, 2019

5.0

Pros

The forms are beautifully designed and the smooth transitions and scrolling really make the forms stand out. The UX/UI really is second to none in the form builder world.

Cons

While this is a great solution for people who need a standalone form, it's not the best form builder to host on your own website. Unless you build your website around the look and feel of the form, it will probably stand out (but in a bad way.

### "Unpredictable and Janky"

March 20, 2019

2.0

Pros

There is a definite business need for creating forms that branch into multiple flows based on the user's answers. Typeform strives to meet this need.

Cons

It's extremely sensitive. Changing the order of questions, or even changing the data type of the question (string to number), dramatically changes the output (scrambles the responses). Integration with google sheets randomly breaks. At times, it's irreparable. My team has had to create a new google sheet to track responses, basically starting from scratch. There's no easy way of syncing two typeforms so that one automatically updates based on the other. Thus, it's very difficult creating a 'QA' version of your typeform.

### "Great but to expensive"

Cons

The price of the subscription. If you're just starting out as a business, you can't afford it.

### "Best in class, if you can afford it"

April 11, 2018

4.0

Pros

For an easy, intuitive, and feature-filled form management software, Typeform is undoubtedly best in class. Its recently redesigned interface is top notch I love using it. It's genuinely fun!

Cons

The pricing is far too high for casual users. You need to seriously depend on it to justify the expense, especially at the higher tiers. Unfortunately, a number of features that are table stakes for most form software are tucked away in higher tiers on Typeform, like "redirect after submit" (how is it that this is only available on the highest priced tier? seriously!?). If you're someone who only needs a handful of forms, you can probably find a cheaper alternative that does more, albeit in a less elegant interface.

### "Great UI on front and back end"

August 4, 2020

5.0

I've found this useful for both internal surveys and for outward facing ones. The flexibility is immense and the UI is fun.

Pros

Typeform is really easy to use, both as someone implementing a questionnaire or filling one in. The customisation options are plentiful and it's fun, making solutions such as Survey Monkey look dated.

Cons

The pricing is high compared with other solutions such as Paperform.

### "Beautiful and functional forms"

July 28, 2020

4.0

Typeform is my tool of choice when building forms, both internal and client-facing.

Pros

The one thing that sets Typeform apart from most other form tools I know is the actual experience of filling out forms, that does feel more pleasant than standard forms. Plus, it offers some advanced features like conditional logic.

Cons

Building long and complex forms can be a headache because the interface starts lagging way too much. Plus, its plans are on the expensive side.

### "Typeform is the premium way of building surveys"

November 8, 2020

5.0

Very positive. If you can afford to take the premium route and really build a survey out that fits your brand, use Typeform. If not, go with the free alternatives.

Pros

The easiest way to describe it, is that Typeform is elegant. It looks really great and doesn't feel like a cheap (or free) way of collecting survey information.

Cons

I do wish that it could have more integrations with pushing responses/triggers through other services. I have some things configured through Zapier, so that our team can follow up based on the user's replies. But I need more. :)

### "Simple. Fast."

March 31, 2018

5.0

Pros

\* Typeform forms are SO. FAST. to create. \* The ability to personalize forms. Collect info like user name, then use that same information later on in the form. \* Logic and branching. \* We've used Typeform to create light surveys -- while the analytic tools aren't nearly as robust as, say, SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics, it does provide for a smooth, enjoyable experience for those answering the questions. \* We haven't used this feature yet, but the ability to embed a rating-scale question right into an email is pretty sweet. \* The graphical display of answers to questions is very useful. We've used this feature to create instant polls and it's worked like a charm.

Cons

\* It's always very easy to tell when I'm using a form that was created with Typeform. More visual customization options, please! \* I wish the calculator function was a little more robust.

### "Simple & Clean Way to Create Surveys"

May 7, 2022

4.0

Pros

Surveys are easy to create, very clean UI, generally customizable

Cons

Customization only goes so far - it is very easy to tell when a survey is a typeform survey, which isn't always the best for whit labeled options. Would like more customization and feature support. But overall a good survey platform for basic needs

I'm happy with it, but I don't love, love it.

Pros

Cons

### "Easy and Effective!"

May 14, 2018

4.0

In general, I really enjoy using Typeform and it has made life much easier in many ways. So I give it a big thumbs up!

Pros

The best thing I love about Typeform is that it's so effective because it looks so good and the work is done in minimum time. Another thing I like about it is its interface, it's so easy to see and add the logic jumps, the hidden fields, etc. It makes life much easier because of that. Another thing I like it that it has so many features that we can use to make our forms work in the most efficient way. I aslo love the way the summary of responses is given - makes it easy to analyse.

Cons

I did not find many cons while working with Typeform. But here are a few things I noticed: 1. It gets a little slow at times and might take a while to respond. 2. Sometimes even when no changes are made, it shows that someone else has made changes and the last few changes that are made by you get undone.

### "This is how all forms should look like"

November 6, 2018

5.0

Typeform offers you a way to create great polls, quiz, everything for your form necessities. The best part is that it is not only great to create the forms but also when the user fills this forms they surely appreciate the offering of a great experience.

Pros

\- A simple form creator, that offers tons of customization - The forms created with it are just beautiful, and are surely one of the best experiences for the final user (the one filling the form) - The user experience is one of the greatest, and it is far superior than the competition.

Cons

\- Nothing much, just the limitations of the free plan

### "The best form builder online - seriously"

February 23, 2023

5.0

Overall, there's no better/easier online form builder I've found to date. Typeform allows you to publish extremely easy-to-use forms quickly and get data in a way that's practical and exportable. Even without paying for premium, its free account is plenty.

Pros

I've got to say, Typeform's survey builder is seriously impressive. It doesn't require much experience and can help create a beautiful looking form without in no time. It's super user-friendly.

Cons

I wish making deep changes to templates was easier. While there are theme changes (colors/fonts) you can customize for the template, things like adding custom graphics are not so easy. I also don't like how some buttons aren't customizable.

### "Create fancy forms with great user experiences"

April 19, 2019

4.0

Pros

Very user-experience focused forms, easy to use and users who fill it out have all given positive feedback. Easy to set up and track.

Cons

Can be overwhelming to get started as they have many templates/styles. This is not as simple as other form options, and users themselves are not familiar with this experience. While it is definitely fancy and has a great user experience, a lot of this may not be necessary depending on your goal and audience. If you prefer something simple, easy and quick - there are other options out there.

### "Makes Data Collection Easy"

December 17, 2018

5.0

Typerform offers an interactive platform for data collection at a very pocket-friendly price and the developers keep on improving the software, which means that in future, it is likely to be among the best data collection tools around.

Pros

It is very easy to create a questionnaire through Typerform, and offers the user the ability to create logic jumps or skips between various questions. The interface is also friendly and interactive. The customer service is also friendly and tries to improve on their products based on the client's recommendation.

Cons

Does not allow the user to upload more than one video or image and does not support basic HTML commands especially when uploading videos or images.

### "Pretty forms indeed"

November 11, 2019

5.0

I've been able to create forms in style, which also seems like "the cool kids" aka millenial entrepreneurs use Typeform.

Pros

Typeform is super easy to use when creating a form, question, or survey. They're really easy to use, and allows you to answer one question at a time on the screen, giving the person more focus when completing the form. The templates and designs are also beautiful and intuitive.

Cons

Although the individual questions DOES focus on one at a time, it would be nice to see another option where you can see all the questions on a page.

### "Beautiful forms, somewhat pricey "

January 9, 2019

5.0

Pros

They redesigned the form experience. I discovered typeform because I used one on some other website. I thought it was really well designed! It caused me to give it a try. Typeform makes the experience much better than the typical basic form that you're used to. It gives your business a professional look. They're easy to build, and easy to place on your website.

Cons

Typeform may have made changes since I last used it, but at the time it was pretty pricey... I understand that Typeform forms look a lot better than a standard form, but their competition is another company's free product. I can find a free form product with unlimited allowed submissions, but it may not look quite as nice. I would love to use Typeform for all my forms for my small website, but then I realized that I was limited with my submissions and I just couldn't quite justify the price for the next package up. It's not that I don't wan't to pay for a service, but the price just seemed too much. However, they may have changed their prices since.
